I like to post good things and recognize companies and people when they step up. I've been extremely busy due to the fact I am currently deployed overseas, so this is the first chance I had to write about this subject. I had James Mayer Tree Service come to my house to do some tree removal, so my wife and kids will have a less likely chance of having trees come down and taking our power and communications lines out. He was recommended by a landscaper who came to our house to gives us a quote on reseeding our lawn, since his company doesn't do tree service. With our budget on a one military income we had to prioritize on what we can do or not do. So I schedule JMTS to come out and give an estimate. I schedule it so I can Skype him from my location so my wife and I can explain what we wanted done, plus some things in the near future and get a quote. Well of course he showed up early and by the time I was available to talk, my wife talked to him already and she explain what we needed to do first. He told her he was going to take care of it, since I am in the military and to thank me for my service. So the day before Veterans Day his guys showed up did their job and my wife said they were very courteous, friendly and professional and in no time they were done. I like to thank JMTS for doing a great job, helping my family out during this time that I am not there. I know I feel a little better being 7000 miles away that this is one less thing to worry about. Thank you again for the help, service and I am/my family are very grateful for what you did and I hope to pay that forward in my travels. It really means allot to us especially since you came right before Veterans Day and before this holiday season started. Not allot of companies will do that.
