He and the contractors were great- very responsive, courteous, knowledgeable, and he made sure that everything ran smoothly and on time and also stayed on budget. It's a one stop shop with plumbing, electrical, flooring and painting included, too, so the work was all nicely coordinated and we didn't lose days waiting for different contractors/companies to be available. The workers were on time and even came on the weekends. The few small hitches we had were resolved quickly and satisfactorily. A big plus was that we had complete control over our options for flooring, backslash, and paint- we could choose anything and order it from anywhere and his contractors would install it instead of being forced to use the limited options offered by some other kitchen companies. The old kitchen was dark, cabinets were falling apart, floor tiles cracked, it didn't allow a large refrigerator to fit, and we hated the counters. The new kitchen functions well with plenty of storage space, the cabinets are sturdy, the quartz counter is gorgeous, and it is so much brighter now! Less

I found S & S doing a Google search and read his reviews. Called Frank the owner and he responded promptly, met with him, provided measurements of the kitchen and bath and within a couple of days Frank sent back a design using Fabuwood Cabinets. Frank & I met, went over some issues and he made a few recommendations which led to a final design. We ordered the cabinets, they came in on time (2 weeks) and there was no damage. We installed them and when we ran short on crown, Frank rushed the delivery at no charge. I would have to say, this was the best service we have encountered in a long time. Frank is professional, knowledgeable and most of all, was a pleasure to work with on this project. We were impressed, our client is very pleased and we look forward to working with him again. A designer is after all the difference in taking you from i have a new kitchen .. to WOW that is some kitchen.. I looked S&S designs up on Fabuwood website. Gave it a shot and honestly i was not easy on Frank, he is an awesome guy. Very smart, operates professionally and designs every kitchen like his own. He guides you though the process and his design skills are amazing. He use to install cabinets before so he understands how to make things work. i am extremely happy with this experience. Franks time is more valuable than the design consult retainer that he will take from you .. trust me. He convinced me to do things that i would not do myself (Crown and Sub crown) ... 2 crowns... ?? come on and his calm and patient "trust me" does the trick. I am glad i did listen to him and i am glad he did not just let me do things that he knew i would regret. in the end, how it turned out was nothing less than a WOW !!! kitchen. Frank followed though the order process. helped me with my custom choices, Made things happen that were never done before, took responsibility of ensuring timely delivery and kept me in loop through out the process. If i had to do it again i would do it with Frank!! he is the man for the Job! Less
