Scheduled a cleaning as I had developed a blockage in one of my ears. The receptionist was very friendly when I called and got me in at my earliest convenience. I showed up to my appointment early but was taken right back. Everything was explained to me before it was done, and was done quick and painless.

I’m not sure I can express in words just how happy I am with the service that Dean and Deborah provided to me. I had a very severe earwax problem that took some while to resolve. Dean was so good and so professional and it didn’t hurt at all. I would recommend him and his service without any hesitation.

I went in for an ear wax removal and the service was amazing. Mr. Dean was very kind and patient.

My ear was clogged up for almost a week with earwax. After a few days of using ear drops, it was not able to come out. When I went there, they were very quick and efficient. The Debrox ear drops I used at home made it very easy for the doctor and he was able to get it out with his special water cleaner. It didn't take more than 10 minutes of my time. Highly recommend if you need earwax removed.

I brought my 96 year old mother in after being at the doctor next door. It was after 5, we didn't have an appointment and I thought it'd be lucky if I got an appointment in the next few days. However, since I had major surgery on my left ear five years ago the ear canal is larger requiring a mold in order to design a canal fitting that will stay in place. The old one would irritate my ear canal causing me to wear only one hearing aid. Dean designed one that slides into the outer ear canal as well as the inner canal and is completely comfortable! I received my hearing aides from The VA approximately 2 years ago and have been having trouble with one of them for a few months now. I don't have time to take off from work and someone recommended I go to Ears 2 Hear because they service the brand I wear. Since they are located 5 minutes from where I work I figured I would run in and see what he could do. I AM SO GLAD I DID! Not only did he inform me that my hearing aides were still under warranty, but he also sent it off to have it repaired even though I did not purchase them from him. When it came back they did not fix it, they sent a brand new one. Then because it wouldn't sync with the other one due to needing the info installed Mr. Easterwood immediately performed my hearing test right then so he could install the info so they would sync up. He could have told me I would have to come back on another day because I didn't have an appointment, but instead he unlike a lot of people this day in time understood customer service was a little more important than making another dollar. Customer Service is so important yet so few people offer it anymore. I can guarantee you that this place is all about taking care of you to their very best ability and you won't be making a mistake by giving them a chance. I purchased hearing aids almost 6 years ago at the location on university pkwy for an exborhant price. After using them for a couple years on and off I needed assistance getting them fixed, even though they were out of warranty I agreed to pay the out of warranty cost to have them repaired. I gave them to the staff and paid the out of warranty repair. Then I get a call saying that they manufacturer would not repair them, they did refund my money which I appreciate. However, they didn’t even try to repair them for me. I contacted another local hearing center and paid them just a quarter of the price to have them fixed. It took an hour and then they worked wonderfully. Recently, I made the Decision that 6 years was a good run for these aids. I called another location here locally and went in to see the Audiologist and to my surprise I paid 3 thousand dollars less than what I originally paid ears to hear. I was shocked, plus I got the same warranty. Ears to hears staff can be nice but I think anyone who reads this needs to at least check around before making the big decision of choosing them first.
