Amazing work! I had these guys come out after I had called a plumber out - who told me my pump wasn't working and I needed a replacement along with my tank emptied. The quote I was given was $3,500 for the pump and $900 to empty the tank. First Call Spetic came out, did an inspection and told me my pump was FINE and I didnt need my tank pumped for approximately 4 more years. These guys were absolutely amazing, very knowledgeable and explained everything to me (I greatly appreciate that!). Saved me almost $4,500! I couldn't be more greatful. I know exactly who to call the next time! 10/10 recommend!!!

First Call Septic came out this week and Jason did a great job. He was efficient and quick, in and out in 90 minutes. He quickly located and dug out the two septic lids, which were buried about 10" deep. Cost was reasonable. In fact, slightly lower than a second quote I was given. Jason asked if I'd thought about adding risers to bring tank lids to the surface so we wouldn't have to dig next time. He explained how I could do it myself, but also gave me a price quote for First Call Septic to do it for me. Overall I was very satisfied with the service.

First Call Septic Service went above and beyond to provide prompt and courteous help with a rather urgent septic issue. They were professional, polite, hardworking and kind. They explained things and answered questions while they were here, only charged for what they actually did, didn't push for services I didn't need, and even promptly returned a phone call afterwards to answer a question about an issue they identified with the system. The office staff were professional and helpful as well. The people at First Call Septic seem to be folks with integrity that really care about their customers and septic systems. I would use them again.

The entire team at First Call Septic, out of Battle Ground, WA are TERRIFIC! I had to reschedule the decommissioning of my 1,000 gallon septic tank four or five times in less than 10 days - and Iris was always happy to help me reschedule my appointment. Then my adult kids told me they had uncovered the entire tank - but they meant they cut the blackberry brambles off the tank, and they didn't even really do that, they just uncovered one end. So when they nice fellow came to pump the tank (which I had told Iris was cleared already) we found out it wasn't cleared at all. He had to call the owner to come help clean brambles AND dig about five inches of soil off most of that tank lid! So if you ever need the services of a Septic pumping company? CALL these guys FIRST! You'll be glad you did. I guarantee it.

These guys are easily the most professional and dedicated septic crew in the Northwest. I've watched them crawl into a septic tank in high summer, while sick, and still get the job done right. They are extremely courteous and they keep their trucks clean. I never thought I'd actually look forward to getting my tank inspected and pumped, but this crew is a pleasure to work with.
