A deer had broken our septic tank cover, and they carefully removed the broken lid to keep rocks and other junk out of the tank. They replaced the cover and cleaned up and removed the broken cover and nasty plastic which I had used to cover the hole. The price was very reasonable, and we are extremely grateful for the excellent service. On any future septic system issues, we will call First Call Septic. On a Friday night after 5pm, I knew it would be difficult to find anyone to talk to, let alone anyone to come out and fix the problem we were having at our business. When I called First Call Septic, I was immediately transferred to their receptionist. She was kind and knowledgeable of their services. She scheduled us an appointment for early the next morning (Saturday) as it was not an immediate emergency. Ronnie was quick and thorough, with finding and fixing our problem. He was also able to get a video of the problem that is within the city street so I can forward that to public works for their review (and hopefully fix!). The original owners of my home used them, so I called them up. The person on the other end was professional and set a great tone for the business. Ronnie came out at the agreed upon time. He was thorough, efficient, friendly, and explained what he was doing. It was a great experience. Today (a Sunday) our septic alarm went off. I called and immediately reached the office staff. Ronnie was to our house within a few hours. He quickly diagnosed and took care of the issue. He had everything needed for the repairs in his van, which was super nice since we live in Yacolt and drive time to get any tools or parts would add significant time to the fix. They were able to get out the very next morning working around my schedule. The technician Ron was prompt and very professional explaining everything he was doing along the way. My drain field ended up being clogged. He was able to quickly find the service ports on the five legs in my drain field. Upon removing the caps black sludge oozed for quite some time. He then setup and water jetted each 60' line. While doing this he ran me through future preventive maintenance and other recommendations for ease of access etc. The end result is a perfectly working system and a customer for life. I can't say enough about how great the experience was and definitely recommend First Call Septic for any septic needs! Less
