Our policy effect on 7/1, and they just canceled our policy on 9/24 without providing a reason, and the refund should be $7703+, but only refund is $ 6720.75, thinking about bring this case to the Court!

Poor service. I used them for close to 15 years. Office moved a few times. Prices are terrible. Slow service. Manager is usually only in the office for 3 or 4 hours a day and never gets back to you. Used to be fantastic until ownership change. I ended up leaving because I was being gouged. No accidents either. I ended up saving almost 50 percent by going elsewhere.
