Paul has been helping my 86 year old Dad in his own home (he suffers from Parkinson’s amongst other illnesses) to remain mobile and has been doing a fantastic job. My Dad remains motivated and able to do the exercises that Paul has specifically chosen for him. Thanks Paul! Even during COVID, Paul has been out on the patio and my Dad has been exercising through the patio doors! Can't recommend Paul highly enough!
