Absolutely the best women around! Professional, friendly, up to date and knowledgeable! I hated going to dentist offices until I came here! From the moment you walk in until you close the door behind you, you are received with care, kindness and great services. No place like parkside! Give it a try!

If you have any dental issues, I insist you only come here. You won’t find a better dental clinic. I have been to their office a few times and every single time was great. They use some of the latest technology, the staff are absolutely delightful and the overall experience has just been 10-stars!

I called this office because I needed help finding an office who works with people on different kinds of programs, cheryl the woman at the front desk answered not one but two of my calls and was helpful, understanding and sent me multiple times kindly in the direction of help. It’s clear this office cares. Would definitely reccomend if a new patient, anxious or looking to ask questions!

Had me come to this dentist two separate times, after explaining I am a student struggling financially. Paid over 50$ in uber rides after being told both times i would have a severely infected tooth removed. And both times I came they refused to do anything and gave some silly excuse as to why. Absolutely unbelievable and I truly wish there was some way to get my money back. Be cautious coming to this dentist. extremely upset and disappointed

I’m new to Waterloo, and Dr. Whiteside at Parkside Dental was recommended to me by my family when I felt a strange twinge in one tooth. What a great first impression this office gave me! After getting Sheryl’s friendly greeting at the front desk, then the hygienist Beverley’s pleasant manner while she took an X-ray, and lastly meeting the young but very knowledgeable Dr. Whiteside, I came away feeling that this will be my new go-to place for dental care. Dr. Whiteside was patient, thorough, and most of all caring about my past medical and dental history. The price for an exam and X-ray (that thankfully showed no serious issues) was reasonable and less than I’d steeled myself for—which, as a senior with no dental coverage, I really appreciated. I highly recommend Dr. Whiteside and this dental office. I’ll be back!

Everything was good. Not gonna lie very much miss Dr Morrison been going to him since I was a kid. Was happy when Dr Manchester took over and the hygiene staff that carried over with him. So sad that he and everyone in that office seems to be gone. Anyone know where Dr Manchester went to? Miss the familiarity the personal feel.

I am so incredibly sad to write this review. I have gone to this office since I was born (35 years) and it is just not the same. I have had nothing but amazing experiences with all of the previous dentists - Dr. Morrison and Dr Manchester. However I cannot explain how saddened I am with how my recent experience was. I came in to fix a chip in my front tooth that Dr Morrison had fixed for me before he retired years ago. The chip happened to come off and so I went back in to get what I thought was going to be the same service. I was told by the current Dentist there that If I wanted my tooth to be fully fixed I needed a veneer. I was told I needed freezing and it was pushed on me which made me extremely uncomfortable as I was fully aware I did not need any - I am also pregnant. My appointment was on May 7 and the “fix” I was given has already come completely off and the chip is back. Not only am I completely disappointed with the service I was given, but I am flabbergasted at the cost I was charged. I paid almost $500 for an appointment that lasted 23 minutes exactly, and I’ll also add that was from the moment I walked in to the moment I left. My reciept actually showed me the time I was checked out. I was also charged over $150 for a consultation fee that consisted of absolutely nothing besides her telling me I needed to be frozen in order to keep me comfortable during my visit. Let me also be clear I chose no freezing and felt absolutely no pain or discomfort whatsoever. My entire experience seemed like a complete transaction. I would not recommend this place at all. The entire staff is also completely new which should have been a red flag for me. Absolutely do not recommend this office.

Very nice dental office. Everyone is kind and welcoming. Front desk are very charismatic and helpful, the hygienist Alicia was gentle and checking in throughout my cleaning, Dr. Bekhyt is a great dentist and very informative, always explaining things in detail so I understand. Would recommend to anyone.

Harassment, false accusation and briberyI would not recommend Parkside Drive Dental ever since new ownership they have different dentists come in every couple months. My last visit was a nightmare. The lady dentist had only said hi to me, not a single word after that. I’ve been going to this practice since I was a child when it was originally owned by Dr. Morrison. Before meeting my new dentist, I actually heard them talking outside the room how they went drinking the night before. After not fixing the problem.I didn’t get explanation on what was happening or anything that was going to be performed that day, no recommendations no nothing. The manager also overcharged me from the original price we talked about. I paid 95% of the amount and I have a small balance left over. But when I called in the next day, saying I still had the tooth issues. I was booked an appointment for the following week. Day before my appointment I got a call at at 8 o’clock in the morning saying they are cancelling my appointment. I had asked them why they accused me of writing a bad review, also saying that they’re gonna dismiss me as a patient. we resolved the issue because I’ve been a long-term patient. And the appointment was booked again. Then I get a call from another receptionist, she was gonna send my dental records to a random dentist, which I told her she’s not allowed that is against the regulations and she got very feisty and said she can do whatever she wants. I told her without my permission she is not allowed to do that. and she got very loud and rude after I had mentioned that I would love to write an actual review on how they’re treating me. she hung up the phone on me. Then I get a third call from the manager, accusing me again of this bad review. I asked for proof they have and she had nothing to say. This is harassment from three different people from this practice. I had hung up the phone. I decided to email them so I can get my dental records and I have proof that they tried to bribe me to take down this review, and once they saw it was delete they would clear the remaining balance on the account which was $80. I wonder how many people they’ve dismissed and cancelled as a client when someone wrote a bad review.I’ve posted a picture of the email trying to bribe me. A bunch of shady clowns.

If you need any dental work, especially is you’re worried about pain.. I highly recommend you go here! I was terrified to have a tooth pulled and their patience and the way they made sure I didn’t feel anything was amazing. I wasn’t expected such treatment !

The dentists and dental assistants where very knowledgeable, prefossional and compassionate about my dental needs. Every visit I was welcomed by a smile from the front desk. The texts to confirm and remind me of my appointments where a life saver. 5/5 I would recommend this dental office to anyone with urgent, or yearly dental needs.THANKYOU TO THE WHOLE TEAM!

I am typically very anxious about visiting the dentist, and to be frank I am always anxious when I am in the chair. However, this particular office and group of dental practitioners are all professional, competent, and empathetic. I had my first root canal and a crown replacements here, and while I definitely made it worse for everyone (oops) I am glad I was able to get it treated here. Thank you for your patience with me.Part of me wishes I could go in more often as I feel the anxiety slowly drip away every time I go in here. Thank you Parkside Drive Dental :)

The most incredible dentist office with the most amazing staff (receptionists, hygienists, dentists etc) Every single person in there is an absolute GEM. Everyone made my daughters feel so comfortable and made the entire experience the best dental experiences we've ever had. Cannot rave about them enough. We are so grateful for their extra efforts to go out of their way to be so wonderful; it will be remembered by my kids & I forever!

Honestly the kindest people ever. I have been to so many dentists, the way they welcomed my girlfriend and I was amazing. Besides politeness, they're service is amazing got a wisdom tooth removal done, and they were quick, clean and painless. Amazing place 10/10.

Dr. Bekhyt is AMAZING. She’s thorough, friendly, knowledgeable and an incredible dentist all around. My appointments are always comfortable and I’m always at ease as Dr. Bekhyt clearly explains everything to me.I bring my kids here as well and they are welcomed with kindness. The front desk staff are wonderful and so charismatic. The atmosphere is relaxed and I couldn’t be happier with my choice for a dentist/office.

I had my first visit at Parkside Dental today and left feeling reassured that they truly cared about me as a patient. I get extremely overwhelmed at the dentist, but from the moment I walked into the office the staff were kind, friendly and very supportive of my needs while I was there. During my cleaning, they checked in often to make sure I was doing okay and kept casual conversations which helped to calm my nerves! I look forward to continuing my dental care with Parkside and would highly recommend them - Thank you for taking care of me today Alisha and Dr.Whiteside!

Full service and efficient. However it is very very noisy while you are being treated as there are many employees and patients in about 6 or 7 treatment areas but all are open to each other from 7 feet to the ceiling so sound goes everywhere. It is always hectic there. You now have to sign a waiver everytime you are treated. Feels very impersonal. On the other hand they can treat your issue well and fix you up with as little discomfort as possible.
