I quickly realized there were lots of reasons to “bother” and that I was worth it. Invisalign is tasteful and discreet and gives you flexibility if you need/want to remove the trays which was important to me as a Realtor. And, it was really quick… my new smile only took 6 months. Dr. Manchester did a really great job and he cares. By far Dr. Manchester and the whole team at Parkside Drive Dental are an amazing group of folks. From the phone call to inquire about booking an appointment to the greeting you receive when you walk in the door... nothing but 1st class. After being warmly received with "Hello'" and "How are you today?" From all of the front line staff, you are taken into the back which is immaculate. You would think the office was just built and then sterilized 10 times over. There is nothing out of place and it's as comfortable as being in my own living room. Then the good times roll. In comes Dr. Manchester, greatest guy in the world. Makes you feel comfortable and relaxed. Himself and his "Assistant" (wrong title because they are far more then assistants) work hand in hand to ensure that you actually do want to sit in that chair. (No panic attacks or meds needed for this visit) The checkup is completed and reviewed..and the plan to correct the issue is explained. I was dreading the freezing and overall experience, but, to be quite honest I was nodding off to sleep throughout the procedure. (After I stopped chatting of course) that happened with the assistance of the Doc. Hard to chat with your mouth wide open and your trying to hide your tongue. At the end of the day..the procedures were done with perfection, care, quality, and most importantly.... pain free. I would like to thank Dr. Manchester and the whole team at Parkside Drive Dental for making me actually enjoy going to the dentist instead of being afraid of having to visit the dentist. Not only again did he make me feel comfortable because I was already not feeling well he took every precaution to make sure that I didn't feel any pain. I unfortunately had a couple teeth pulled by specialist surgeons that this is their specialty in pulling teeth. And I've been left with severe bruising in my mouth and outside of my mouth on my face where it looks like I was beaten up. After doctor Manchester pulled my tooth I was able to eat that same night obviously softer food but I can eat I could talk there was no bruising in my mouth no bruising on my face and 24 hours later I had the swelling gone and I was feeling better. I have a bleeding disorder where the bleeding doesn't stop and even then I don't bleed out of control when he takes care of me. *June 3rd 2021. My tooth broke so Dr Manchester fixed it for me and in the middle of fixing my tooth he literally let my four year old daughter sit shoulder to shoulder with him and he guided her through how he was fixing my tooth so that she wouldn't be scared when it came to her turn ever needing to have a cavity filled or a tooth being fixed. He let her watch everything and and he was so kind and had such great patience. Honestly people if you want to have a really good dentist who takes care of you and and doesn't just treat you like a number you need to go see this guy. And Dr Doherty too she's really good too. I haven't personally had her yet take care of my teeth but she has looked after me with infection and she's just a wonderful dentist as well. I really can't say anything bad about these guys they're just they're really good people and they take care of you and I just really wish that he did more than just take care of teeth I wish you could be a family doctor cuz he's just a really good Dr. I've always been scared to go to the dentist since I was a little girl because I had such bad experiences. Since going back to the dentist doesn't adult I deal with Dr Manchester and he's amazing!!! I'm not scared anymore to see the dentist I don't have anxiety to go to the dentist. And I'm not in any more pain when I'm having procedures done. Dr Manchester has changed my experience going to a dentist which in turn has been able to change my children's experiences going to a dentist!!! That is what makes a good dentist!!!!! Less

Today I had multiple extractions done. Dr Manchester was absolutely awesome. In all my years of going to dentist he made my visit the best I've ever experienced. I've also dealt with Dr Morrison and he is absolutely phenomenal. The whole entire team at Parkside Dental do a fantastic job. Keep up the great work.

Came in for my first time today and I had a wonderful and fun experience! All the staff were incredibly friendly, polite and made me feel comfortable. I’m not sure how there are no reviews for one of the hygienists that works here, unless she’s new? My kids had their FIRST visit with Dr Manchester and he was good with them, patient and explained everything he was doing, gave them high fives and made them feel good. Barb, however, the hygienist, who was with them for the majority of their visit, was very impatient, did not explain what she was doing before hand, she said it as she was doing it, and was just overall not good with kids at all. She pulled out the pointy tool and the mirror, and tried to just go straight for his mouth with it. Didn’t reassure him that it wasn’t going to hurt, didn’t explain what she was going to do, she just expected a 5 year old to open his mouth. I had to reassure him because as soon as he saw the tool he got scared and didn’t want to lay down for her. She also told him, after he had fussed about the noise of the toothbrush for literally maybe only 45 seconds, that she had other patients to see and didn’t have time for him to misbehave and if he didn’t stop she would make his mommy leave the room. I couldn’t believe she was so rude and impatient with a small child who had never been to a dentist before! And what difference would it make if i was in the room or not? What was she going to do, hurt him? Not like I’d ever leave anyways as that was a concern when i first got there. They had both of my kids booked at the same time with separate hygienists and i had to tell them that i wasn’t going to leave one kid alone while i tended to another when this is both of their FIRST visits with a dentist! So the fact that she threatened that was very uncalled for, did she really think she was going to make me leave the room? and why threaten a child to take their mommy away in the first place, when they’re somewhere new with a stranger! So cruel. He didn’t know what was happening or going to happen! I read the really great reviews before coming here and thought wow my kids will have a great first visit, and although she did switch back and forth to being nice and she wasn’t mean the ENTIRE time, she should have been way more understanding and took her time, knowing that this was his first visit and they were very young, and shouldn’t have been mean at all! There was no one in the waiting room either so she was only saying that to him because she was extremely irritated within such a short time span of him not wanting to lay down, it’s not like he was fussing for 10 minutes, not even 5 minutes, ONE minute had passed and she couldn’t even handle that. He wasn’t even being misbehaved, he just didn’t like the sound that the toothbrush made, and was afraid of a sharp pointy object heading for his mouth with no warning, like any other NORMAL child would react! This office is right by my house and i don’t have anything negative to say about Dr. Manchester, so if i have to return in the near future, i may still use this location, but i will specifically ask to not get Barb for any future appointments. However, my children’s teeth were of no concern so hopefully they don’t have to see a dentist anytime soon! Less

From the minute I walked in everyone was friendly and welcoming and very on time. Dr. Manchester makes sure to get on your level when he explains things to you. He's thorough, tells you his opinion/thoughts but doesnt make you feel like your opinion doesn't matter. During my appt, Dr. Manchester and Christine were always making sure I was doing ok. My first appt was so great that the second time I had to go back, I wasn't the least bit nervous/anxious and certainly didn't dread it. Definitely a wonderful place. Less

Phoned in for an emergency appointment, and was fitted in straight away. The staff was courteous and helpful, and the dentist was amazing as always.

I have had Dr.Morrison and Dr.Manchester do work on my family's teeth. Both have been amazing! The office goes over and above to help anyone who needs it! They make you feel comfortable and welcomed every appointment you may have. We drive a fair distance just to go here because of how awesome they are!

Great service and dentists

My husband & I both see Dr Morrison. He's an amazing dentist, if I could give 6 stars I would! He's compassionate, thoughtful, and does a really great job. Whenever the topic of "going to the dentist" comes up in the office, I always recommend mine.

Can’t say enough wonderful things about Dr Morrison and his staff. He has been my dentist for 28yrs and has always done an amazing job. The entire office is friendly, courteous, on time, and answers all of my question, every visit. I would highly recommend him.

Used them first time for my son. Dentist is okay but the receptionist was very rude. She doesn't know how to talk to customer. Won't recommend this place.
