Since joining Valkyrie 5 years ago, I’ve had the best, most consistent workouts ever. A personal trainer was great, but Valkyrie has been way better. Been coming to this gym for a while now and I've grown attached to the people and community. There are people at all levels of fitness and the coaches work with each one to find the right adjustments for their specific needs. The community here is so warm and welcoming. The coaches really know their stuff and are thorough. Taking a class at CFIB is often the highlight of my day!

The coaches are incredibly knowledgeable and can work with anyone regardless of experience or athleticism. As a runner/yogi I was a bit skeptical about coming in, but I am so glad I did! I have been a member for almost two years and have seen improvements in both my overall strength and coordination, which have led to less injuries with running and more ease with everyday activities. The coaches are also more interested in your health and well being than having you push a certain weight, so everyone works to the maximum of their abilities without the worry of over doing it in the wrong ways. Coaches are friendly, classes are well organized, and programming is excellent.

This week has been my first time doing CrossFit in quite a while, and the coaches here have been really encouraging and helpful as I get back into it. Even though I'm currently moving like a turtle they have been nothing but welcoming!

Incredibly fun, welcoming, and warm community. Great instruction from dedicated coaches. I get all the help I need with improving my form, modifying the workout for where I’m at, and feeling inspired. Everyone supports each other no matter what level they are at. It always brightens my day.

It's small but that's part of it's charm. Everyone is helpful and friendly.

The coaches and staff at Crossfit interbay are top notch. They really take their time in training each individual and taking care of their specific needs. Their is a great community feel here. I highly recommend it to anyone who is thinking about starting Crossfit.

The interbay crossfit gym was amazing. Since I left Seattle I have tried 3 different crossfit gyms and found interbay sets the bar too high for other places. Not only are they super friendly, but they care about your form and have a knowledge level that I have bot found elsewhere.

Visiting Seattle and did a drop-in. Awesome box with friendly, motivated, positive folks. I felt so welcomed and comfortable! Look forward to come back next time I'm in town.
