Sharene was very welcoming and informative and I loved it! I’m not going to lie...it’s the hardest thing I’ve done and sometimes I dread getting up and going but once I’m there I love it! I love how I don’t have to think about what areas I have to work on or how does this machine work, etc. Sharene does my thinking for me AND she modifies the workouts for my bum knee and elbow. I love seeing my body get stronger. I also love the camaraderie amongst the ladies in our class. It’s just fun getting fit!
