Absolutely amazing coach. There's a concept of training that breeds a more complete athlete. Anyone can train you to shoot but only a true elevated coach will train students physically, mentally and most important emotionally. That's the difference between a Michael Jordan and Allen Iverson. Both are great athletes but one is a more complete human being because of being emotionally and mentally stronger. One becomes the greatest ever the other achieved a lot but Never had the emotional stability to cross the final barrier. That's the difference between other coaches and Spartan.

We have worked with Spartan for about 3 years. I can not say enough good things about this program which focuses on correct basics, hard work, consistent practice and good sportsmanship. Happy Belated Birthday, Tim. I can say Tim and his staff are one the most authentic real deal people and organization we have been associated. Elizabeth Hicks has been with Tim since about 2011. I have not always agreed or seen things the way Tim has seen them, but guess what. I am the proud parent and he is always wanting what is best for the kids as an individual, and always trying to get better every day like the rest of us. Tim has worked with Elizabeth in all aspects of the Game. Sportsmanship, Nutrition, and Mental side of the game. Yes, I have wanted to walk away a couple of times but we have stayed the road. I am forever grateful to Tim, all 5 girls Coaches, and all the wonderful trainers that Tim has had though out our experience. This is not an easy road and Tim makes that very clear going in. Perhaps many of us have grown along the way with Tim. Tim is not a fly by night guy, nor an operation. It takes work, commitment. I forgot way Tim told us years ago, while making the transition from Army to here but it rings true in my mind, today as it did those many years, ago. Life and Basketball is about execution. Tim can only provide the tools and in some case perfect what God has already blessed these kids with Talent. This is getting long, so I sign out for now. Coach Springer is a great coach and has changed so many athletes lives not only with his knowledge of the game of basketball but with his never ending positivity and encouragement. My daughter was blessed to have worked with Tim Springer for four years. I can say her basketball skills improved but most importantly she learned the importance of having a strong work ethic and to be relentless when it comes to attaining your goals and dreams. Although my daughter did not end up playing basketball, Coach Springer's athletic and life lessons led her to be awarded a D1 track scholarship! I can not thank him enough! Bottom line, if you have a young athlete have him work with Tim Springer! There is no one better.

Tim is not only Amazing as a leader, he is a great mentor and advocate for all the kids he comes in contact with daily. He realizes the balance it takes to succeed in life and basketball. Guys phenomenal!!! Tim transformed my sons game and turned him into a lights out 3 - point specialist. “Proof is definitely in the results” Tim did this while my son was injured.
