Me pase UN AÑO ENTERO asistiendo cada mes a las sesiones de láser . Solo vi resultados en el primer mes, pero a la sesión 6-7 me preocupe, dado que los cambios no eran los que yo esperaba. Entiendo que algunas partes del cuerpo puedan ser mas difíciles que otras, pero no es entendible que no vea cambio en NINGUNA área de mi cuerpo. I was very excited to get my lashes tinted and permed. I always wanted a lashlift to not do any lash extensions but she didn’t even end up tinting the lashes and they first looked great but after they’re super clumpy and i just want to have my natural lashes back. Then suddenly my session was over I told her she missed the upper right area above my lip to which she told me no she didn’t. I went up to pay and had to fill additional paper work which was odd despite filling numerous other forms prior to service. I paid and she lingered onto my credit card oddly and made photo copies of my ID! Huge red flags! I am home and I can tell you this was not a photofacial I have been scammed horrible. I am calling owner/ manager tomorrow. I don't even feel my credit card information is safe here. I called to get some information about a Groupon they offer and there is lady that is so disrespectful, I just wanted to make sure about the location and where it is, and she just wanted to write down my name, and hanged the called. Maybe they are an excelente team, but this lady should be removed from the phone, she does not know nothing about customer service. Less
