Epicfit is amazing! It truly is you vs you, Rodger and Deion know how to motivate and make working out fun. No matter where you are at in your fitness level you can succeed with them and it’s the best bang for your buck. If there were more stars I would give them.

My best friend finally convinced me to try EPIC Fit. Today, if I could say to the me of "10 weeks ago" I'd say "This is awesome! Nothing to be scared of!" Rodger gives the best, motivational speeches and I look forward to them at every workout! Deone is always calling out your strengths and cheering you on! And both coaches give direction in a way that makes you want to be stronger and healthier. I'm sorry for my long review, but if I don't mention the EPIC family, I will be leaving out the best part. Can’t say enough about this gym and the owners. They push me to be better and don’t make me feel out of place. If you’re thinking about trying it - do it! You won’t regret it!
They offer a range of memberships that work for every budget. I really like the group classes and referred a friend...they fell in love with it too!

This is a great place! Although I did not sign up or join at this time, I really enjoyed the group & Coach Roger. I observed the Wise Warrior class. What a lovely group of ladies!
I love their personal training & classes. The gym is the perfect size, with lots of support and encouragement. Their fitness app allows you to see upcoming classes and sign up with ease. The best fitness facility around!

I enjoy the atmosphere and classes the trainers are phenomenal
I have been a member for almost 2 years. I throughly enjoy it. The coaches are fantastic and take time to show us the routines if needed repeating they have patience with us. I look forward to my workouts 2 x weekly. I am very grateful and thankful to them.
A variety of classes to fit different fitness needs. Roger and Deone are knowledgeable and personable fitness coaches. Both will give you just the right amount of nudge to encourage you to push yourself without overdoing it or risking injury. Diverse classes and equipment that can be modified to suit each person. Highly recommend!

Exactly what I need! EPIC Fit is more than a gym and Roger & Deone are more than coaches! The environment is very welcoming and inclusive. Exercise is only part of the journey to bringing out the best "you", and EPIC Fit emphasizes this. We've had discussions about topics like nutrition, water intake, and making small habit changes. They offer yoga classes too. I need the group classes to keep me on track and accountable to make progress on the gains I'm working towards! Without the set schedule, I run off the rails in no time. If you're feeling good, the coaches are ready with modifications to increase (or decrease) difficulty level with NO judgement because "It's you versus you!" As a result of participating in the fun, supportive, and challenging fitness and yoga classes at EPIC FIT I have increased body strength and flexibility. Greater flexibility is especially noted in my neck and left shoulder, an area that has been stiff and painful for over 20 years.
Friendly faces with a very positive atmosphere would recommend to anyone.

I love Epic Fit! The family feeling among the trainers as well as those who come to work out is fantastic. I also really love how the workouts are changed up each week so though you are still focusing on that one area of the body you aren’t doing the same moves every week.
The experience that I receive when working out at Epic Fit is truly unmatched. The trainers are knowledgeable, non judgmental, kind, and very uplifting. The environment gives a family feel. The trainers were always assessable when I needed more support with dieting as well. When I aligned my commitment with EPIC FIT’s guidelines, the results followed! 💪🏾♥️

If I could give 10 starts I would . Epic fit is the BEST gym I have ever been a member of ! They are the most amazing coaches , every workout is like a personal training session . They have helped me lose almost 60 pounds! I look better today at 30 then I did in my 20s . Epic fit has completely changed my life .
