Can't recommend Keiron and CKS Projects highly enough. We've just signed on for a triplex/duplex build in Wollongong and honestly the experience so far has been brilliant.After speaking to a few builders around the Illawarra we went with CKS as our custom builder because Keiron actually took the time to explain everything properly, the site feasibility, the design side of things, even the DA process with Wollongong council. Nothing was ever too much trouble and no question was too silly (and I had alot of them). He'd answer the phone any time I called, which is pretty rare these days.He's professional, clearly knows his stuff, and went the extra mile to make sure we felt confident before we signed anything. If you're thinking about a duplex, triplex, knockdown rebuild or a new custom home anywhere in Wollongong, definately give Keiron a call first.Will update this once the build's finished, but if construction is anything like the process so far we're in very good hands.
