Additionally, according to the exterminator we hired, there wasn't a rodent infestation but the exposed wires going from our external ac unit into the crawl space exposed it to the critters from the nearby woods, something that they should know how to protect. After receiving a quote I decided to have the ionizer installed along with a condensation pump. After the equipment was installed I was outside one afternoon and noticed water on the ground and I thought this was odd because it had not rained for several days and the ground should be dry. I inspected the area an realized the water was contaminated from inside the home. I immediately went inside to the air handler and removed the panel where the condensation pump was located and there was a pool of water inside the air handler. I immediately called Adams and the technician was there in 15 minutes. He checked the system and went to work. After he finished there was no more water and everything was in perfect condition. Getting a membership to their Express Comfort service had him at our house in under two hours on a Saturday, which is insanely good. They worked with us and remained patient through the financing process, offering different options for our situation. Their prices are also great because I had people from other companies telling me they couldn't beat them. The technicians who installed our new unit had additional work added on to what had been scheduled, completed all of it to our satisfaction, and chatted with us at the end of the day with a positive attitude. I have always had issues because of the foundation of the house with drain back up and it was then I realized I never changed my info in the system for maintenance reminders. I called the number off Google, and a very nice lady picked up immediately, took all my info, and said a technician would call. I told her my info might not be in the system and explained the situation, and she assured me someone would reach out. Literally 2 minutes later my phone rang and the on call tech, Michael (who is also the service manager), was able to find my info even after I blanked on my contractor’s name, and he came by within 10 mins! The clog was tough but he was able to remove it, double check the unit, test it multiple times, and give me advice on a couple things I could do to help avoid the issues I have been having for years. He was actually the one who helped install my unit so he was very familiar with it and my house, and also went above and beyond to show me how to use the thermostat (the contractor did not show me, so I was winging it). He also assured me someone would call Monday and switch my info in the system so I would get all the maintenance reminders. After the very poor service I had become accustomed to with my last A/C company, Adams really came through when I needed them late on a Friday night in July. I am always nervous when picking a company I know I’m going to have to rely on for service in the event of an inevitable issue like AC/plumbing and all the house stuff, but I am seriously so happy I went with Adams for the install of my new AC - HIGHLY recommend! Outstanding service!!! Our technician’s name was Tate and he was stellar - professional, polite, and knowledgeable. He fixed our A/C with zero hassle. From the time I called until the time he left was an hour. It doesn’t get much better than that. These folks were recommended by a family member and I’m sure we’ll be using them in the future.

We called Adam’s because our hallway floor was soaking wet from a leak. They were scheduled to come out the same day at 2:00 but were actually able to come early and had everything repaired before 1:00. The technician was extremely polite and well mannered. My HVAC drain was clogged and Tate helped us out this evening. He was extremely polite and even answered all my questions on why the issue happened in the first place. He didn’t have a problem checking the main system outside and giving some recommendations on how to keep the system in top shape!
