Ian coached me on how to approach various situations tailored to Beau's individual needs. It's nothing short of impressive when what seems to be a small tweak from me had such immediate improvements for Beau and his confidence. We had an unfortunate set back before our final session when Beau and I were attacked by an off-leash dog. After a few weeks' recovery, Ian was there to offer comfort, guidance and expertise to get us safely back on track and after just 1 session were we back to where we left off. The best investment we could have made, honestly. We got a rescue pup six months ago and just wanted to make sure we were on track to have a happy dog. Jade helped us with our puppy! We are first time puppy parents and read a lot of information and were finding it very daunting. I had a very informative and affirmative session with Ian. I have a very anxious and fearful 9 year old rescued Kelpie (not my first). I struggle with how swiftly she go to a highly anxious state. I cannot recommend Jocelyn highly enough. I was so nervous about getting a puppy and ensuring he was well trained, so I signed up for the 5 week in home puppy training program. Jocelyn was an absolute expert and also a pleasure to deal with, we really looked forward to her visits each week. Stop looking for a trainer you just found him. Dogs speak to those who know how to listen and Ian definitely knows how to listen. My Australian Bulldog had undergone a huge operation and was confined to a pen for a number of weeks just at the time a puppy had come into our lives. My Bulldog wanted to kill the puppy and my puppy was petrified of her. Ian taught me how to build the trust between them and slowly slowly we went from can’t have them anywhere near each other to they can’t get enough of each other. There was no quick fix, there was rules, there was perseverence, patience (a lot of it) and most importantly there was love and understanding. Ian helped me so much through this process and he hit the nail on the head every time we were progressing from step one to step two. I couldn’t recommend him highly enough. Less

I had two very anxious Blue Heelers. I tried puppy pre-school, adult training via other trainers including Bark Busters but to no avail. Bonnie and Clyde could very well have stayed 'on the wrong side of the tracks' if it weren't for Ian who through, disapline, professionalism and sheer enjoyment for what he does developed them into happy, confident dogs that they deserve to be.
