Fantastic place. No complaints. Everyone, including staff and members are friendly and helpful. The programming seems thoughtfully put together with scaleable workouts and good variation. There's a strong camaraderie in the community for people of all fitness levels. Also the fact that they have an in-house massage therapist as well is pretty unique for a crossfit box, as far as I can tell, and a great addition to what this place already has to offer.

I’ve been doing this CrossFit thing for a decade and have seen a lot of gyms, so I can safely say this is one of the good ones! Friendly and knowledgeable coaches, quality workouts, and more space then you know what to do with! I usually hide away and do Olympic lifting, which I have a ton of open gym time to do.
