When we arrived we were shown to a table, music was a little loud but that was okay for us. A few minutes later a waitress came over to take our order (due to the music she couldn't hear us, so had to point but this was okay). Ordered two cocktails (after seeing a 241 deal on their Instagram), sliders, chicken wings and some fries. Drinks arrived and we were told there was a bit of a delay on food. Not a problem for us, but would've been nice to be told when we ordered. Food arrived and was tasty, although the slates made it a little difficult to share. Left with dirty plates for 30 minutes, waiter cleared them and took our drinks (mine had been finished for a while), but never returned to ask if we wanted more drinks or any dessert (which we had planned on getting). At multiple points we thought we had caught the waitresses attentions, only to be ignored. Then when we did get the bill, 241 hadn't been applied (and as mentioned by others, couldn't get a receipt to raise this further). We paid, and mentioned that the 241 wasn't applied, were told a manager would speak to us. After waiting, no manager appeared so we left and went on to another bar - shame as we felt the vibe/music was good, and the drinks we did have were tasty so if service had been better we would've stayed. As the steak was messed up we were told that we would be given 25% off our order, be able to swap our meal and a round of free drinks which was fair and appreciated however when it came to paying for the bill they were unable to print the bill because of a printer issue which wasn’t there fault. They then tried to charge us for both steak (that was sent back and only had one bite), sliders and the ‘free’ round of drinks. We then refused to pay and told the waitress what we had been told by a different waitress so she returned with the 25% off but I had to ask what we were paying for as she didn’t offer to show us the electronic receipt. The receipt was ok and we paid, left and will never be coming back. Less

Then we were informed that the dishes we ordered were now unavailable and we would have to order different food. This is all after a 50 minute wait. Finally our new orders arrive and we ask for water - this also does not come. It appears there is no communication between the kitchen and wait staff.
