Very helpful and happy crew helped me feel a lot better after my car crash in September.

After the first three weeks, it all went downhill. You are expected to come in and tote your chart around like a passport. Otherwise, the chiropractor does not know what he is seeing you for and simply wants to "crack your back." After the first three weeks, it all went downhill. You are expected to come in and tote your chart around like a passport. Otherwise, the chiropractor does not know what he is seeing you for and simply wants to "crack your back." I was meant to have different treatments that I wasn't receiving because apparently, it's a self-serve facility. You are expected to know you are responsible for asking for your care eventhough your paying them to care for you. I had scheduled reoccuring appointments but couldn't get into get shots because I had to stand in line and wait around until I could weed my way in. There were weeks that people were off, so no care was given nlthose weeks. There is no backup person for injections. I had appointments scheduled (reoccurring), and I would show up and be told that I wasn't scheduled because they forgot to schedule me out more. I was also scheduled to have procedures done and needed a driver. We scheduled time off work, and I have had those appointments both changed because Dr. Reed decided to "not work on Tuesdays anymore." I had to reschedule a month later. They set up two appointments, and Dr. Reed, yet again, was not available for one of them and got pushed out again. Dr. Reed was doing a procedure on my back and laughing at me because I was in pain. Price their PT is amazing. If they don't have 8 people occupying his area at the same time, he is great to work with and genuinely cares. The issue is they herd people in there like cattle, and there is no room to do PT, but they definitely want to charge you for standing around. Sam, their nurse who gives TP injections, is great as well. Again, the issues are he has no backup person when he takes time off, and you literally have to wait around in a crowd to get in to see him some days. I've missed so much care that I should have had and am more pain now in my back than when I started. My back and legs give out to where I collapse a few times a week. I am so sad because I had high expectations for recovery and getting my life back. 😞 Less

I was on Facebook when the video about the services offered by the Integrated Pain Specialists. The next morning I called the clinic for an appointment. My reason for visiting this clinic was because I had severe neuropathy on both feet and both hands. During the conversation with Wayne (employee at IPS), he asked to take a picture of my feet with a special phone. When he showed me the images of my feet and explained what the colors meant. I was very concerned, the next step would have been amputation. However, Wayne was very positive. He said we can fix this. It did not take anymore convincing on my part, my mind was set on fixing my neuropathy problem. I met with Sam (PA), for an evaluation and assessment of my pain levels. On my second visit, I met with Dr. McArthur who conducted the final evaluation and informed me I had been accepted and will welcome the opportunity to help me return normalcy back in my life. Long story short, I am on the last week of my treatments. My neuropathy has completely been fixed just like Wayne told me. My goal was to be well and follow the guidelines and continue my treatments at home. I went in because of severe neuropathy on both feet and hands. I had no idea I was a broken person. I discovered the severity of my Sciatica, I was shown how to alleviate the pain. I discovered from my neck to the bottom of my feet were seriously in need of treatment. Treatments were provided for each area of my body I labeled it was painful. I was shown the type of stretches that will help in my quest to be well. I did not know I had trigger points that needed to be treated until I met Sam (PA).1 will honestly say I will be forever grateful for educating me about trigger points. The best part of my treatments are the chiropractic adjustments provided by Dr. MacArthur and Dr. Despain. They carefully evaluate me before the adjustments begin. After an MRI, my regular doctor let me know I have degenerative disc disease and osteoarthritis. I was told to see a spine specialist for cortisone injections, medication and surgery if it gets worse. I was afraid to move wrong and make it worse so ... More

I was afraid to move wrong and make it worse so I stopped going on long walks and stretching because I thought I'd do something to make it worse. I was getting to the point where it was tender and painful to get off the floor, and sleeping was really hard as i'd wake up from pain throughout the night. I didn't want to have the pain treated and not improve my back problems so, I searched and found Integrated Pain Specialists. After the initial assessment at Integrated Pain Specialists, I was shown my x-rays and told that my lumbar vertebrae were sliding off of each other. The plan presented seemed very promising. In two visits I was able to sleep through the night and after 3 my back pain went down to just tight and easy to deal with. It was amazing how quick it was, and I'm so grateful! It's been 4 weeks (3xs per week) with at home stretches and fulcrums, and I have been cleared to run! My full plan will take 36 visits as I'm told it will take time for my vertebrae to go back to where they need to be and for the ligaments to heal. I'm beyond happy with the results so far. Everyone at Integrated Pain Specialists is so friendly and caring that I trusted them with my cute mom (83 years old) who has been coming in for two weeks now. I loved how the financial staff asked for insurance information before we came in and checked it for us so we knew what was covered when we were presented with our individual plans. But the biggest thing with this place do they help.? Well I went in with lower back pain from a tubing accident I had on the water. So painful I couldn't even bend past my knees without it knocking the wind out of me. X-rays showed i had completely blown the disks out in my lower three vertibrae. After having stem cell treatment done in my lower back and following there therapy. About six months I noticed a lot less pain and more movement and from there started going to the gym and slowly stretching and working my back muscles out to help even more. Its been a big change I know I will never be 100% again but I can reach down touch my toes and only get back pain when I have been walking around a amusement part for 5 days. The people at Integrated gave me hope that I can live a normal life again without medication and surgery. I believe the difference in treatment is one place you get sent to because it’s the normal chain of referrals and you don’t know there are different options to chose from. The care you receive in that situation is sub par at best. The people at Integrated understand that you are choosing them, and it shows in every way. Im confident that they are in business because they get results, not because you have no other choice. It’s to early for me to speak about results but I will update this review when it’s time. They are helping me with a herniated disk... I have been doing physical therapy and getting adjusted (plus home exercises) for 2 months already and I feel way better! The exercises helped alot more. My knee is getting stronger than it was before. I've even stopped relying on braces to prevent it from hurting and aching 😫. OK WOW!! I'm so happy I found this place!! I had a very painful ear infection and researched holistic approaches to heal it rather than taking antibiotics. I came across a few articles that mentioned going to a chiropractor. I called the office and they said they could help me with an alignment. I was very skeptically that this would work, but for $50 I thought I would give it a try. I left my appointment not feeling much better, and later that night I was in tears from the pain of the ear infection. I used some tea tree oil and coconut oil behind my ear, put some heat and ice on it, like the doctor recommended and I woke up this morning feeling amazing!! I would say the ear infection feels 90% better. What a relief!!! The staff was all very nice and the appointment was fast and easy. It was my first time at a chiropractor so I was a little nervous but this place was awesome and I'm so glad I went. Less

It seems like a very nice facility. Since I need a surgery, I cannot receive any of their therapies currently. The staff is very friendly.
