My wife and I went there a few months ago. I had the vitamin B shot for more energy. The process took about 45 minutes. They had an RN putting in the IV! Everyone there was professional and kind. That afternoon I felt energized. I had to drive 6 hours home, and I wasn’t tired. I felt this way for about a week and a half. If we lived closer, I would definitely make this a part of my routine.

I went in for a vitamin b shot. I had so much energy for about 2 weeks. The gals that work there were kind and professional. The nurse who placed the IV in my arm did it so quickly and painlessly. If I lived closer, I would definitely make it a bimonthly visit.

I love this location! The staff is kind, attentive and professional! On my first visit, I notified Kaila (the location manager) that I was Type 1 diabetic, she carefully curated the Champion drip without vitamin C so I wouldn’t get false blood sugar spikes. Great customer service. I have better workouts and I sleep better. Love this place! Thank you Kaila and Prime!

I had a great experience at Prime IV Loveland. The facility was extremely clean and well-organized, which immediately made me feel comfortable. Kaila did an excellent job placing the IV—she was professional, gentle, and very knowledgeable. Chris, the medic, was also great and made the whole process smooth and easy. Highly recommend this location for anyone looking for quality care and a welcoming environment!

Absolutely love this location! I did not have an appointment, however, upon walking in was able to be accommodated within half an hour for a drip. Kaila, the manager was working and suggested I try the skinny mermaid drip which was a mix between two different drips. She has a very gentle touch and was able to get my vein the first time. I am a small person and often times the clinician has a difficult time getting my vein the first time.this was not an issue here. They have weekly specials which we also took advantage of by getting a b12 injection. They have wonderful massage chairs, as well as a very clean facility. Kaila also made me a delicious cup of coffee (Nespresso) while I waited for my drip.

Absolutely love this place!! I travel from the springs just to come here because of their top tier customer service and caring approach. I struggle with many medical issues, but their wide variety of drips have really helped these issues. Highly recommend giving them a visit!

I will no longer recommend this place to anyone as I did before. Once we walked in my Wife and I knew that there had been significant changes. Nobody to greet you at the front desk as before. And one person in the back starting IVs, giving shots, maintaining IV's, discontinuing IVs. There were 9 people in the clinic at that time. 5 More came in the door and left because they observed the understaffing very quickly. We left and came back because this is something we have already paid for through a membership. We wanted our service. So we waited. Chris did a great job with a great attitude but shame on the owners for doing this to an employee. I asked him if he had anyone he could call in, he said nobody available. If this continues to happen, you won't be in business for very long nor have anyone that wants to work for you. Several people made comments about how ridiculous having only one person working was. I will give it one more chance before canceling my membership and my wifes. I have recommended this place to at least 10 people who have memberships now.I am a former Paramedic and a local business owner so I know what it takes as an employee and also to keep the doors open and I did not witness that yesterday. Better make some changes quickly from my experience and reading other recent reviews.

Absolutely wonderful experience, all around. The last time I visited Prime IV, I was there for severe dehydration and exhaustion from an intense trip across country. Immediately felt better once I received the bag of fluids. I even naturally have “deep veins”, so I’m a pretty hard “stick”, but even harder when I’m dehydrated, but Chris was able to get the IV in. Definitely recommend. They were a pleasure, on top of being very helpful. (Not sure why the last review was left because clients were notified of the closure.)

Not sure what is going on - typically I would have given this place a 5 star review from the services I have gotten in the past HOWEVER, to just close doors during regular business hours and I have weekly scheduled injections to follow through with (now, I will have to start the program all over again due to keeping it going in your system). I am on a monthly paid program and have services coming and you have closed your doors??? May be calling corporate to get my funds back....

I dragged myself into Prime IV super jetlagged and with a sinus infection, and having never done an IV treatment before. The staff were so kind and welcoming, walking me through everything, making sure I was comfortable, and giving me an overall wonderful first experience, especially when I was feeling rotten and exhausted. I've already referred a friend and will continue to do so!

This is absolutely the best place for IV therapy. I suffered for over a year and a half with long covid and the ONLY thing that has helped has been theGlutathione and vitamin C therapy. It’s been life changing. Carrie is so incredibly knowledgeable and helpful and has an amazing background in the medical field. Everyone at Prime IV is knowledgeable and professional and friendly. (I tried another place in Fort Collins and was very disappointed.). If I could give more stars I would!

I enjoyed my experience but felt rushed into my plan for what drip and treatment to pick. They recommended all the most expensive options therefore I felt it was too expensive for me to go again. I reviewed the menu later at home and wouldve picked different options.
