Makayla (sp?) was wonderful from beginning to end. She listened to my allergies with care and caution and made a unique combination for me. She was knowledgeable about their products and the allergens within them. I felt safe and listened to the entire time which is a big deal when it comes to the food allergies I have. It was relaxing and enjoyable and I'll definitely be coming back.

This is absolutely the best place for IV therapy. I suffered for over a year and a half with long covid and the ONLY thing that has helped has been theGlutathione and vitamin C therapy. It’s been life changing. Carrie is so incredibly knowledgeable and helpful and has an amazing background in the medical field. Everyone at Prime IV is knowledgeable and professional and friendly. (I tried another place in Fort Collins and was very disappointed.). If I could give more stars I would!

So I visited this place because I heard that it's a pretty good way to relax and wind down.As someone who works nights, has a very active lifestyle, and hasn't been the kindest to their body over the last few years with work, working out, military and other life choices, this has been probably the best way I've tried to treat myself in terms of recovery and relaxation in a long time.The staff was super knowledgeable, professional, very friendly, and seemed to really enjoy what they do. No problems with the IV, I'm usually a hard person to give an IV to. But, they got it in first try no problem. Would've preferred they poke my tattooed arm but again, as I am usually a hard stick, I'm not gonna be picky about it.I only got a plain saline drip to try it out and I'm regretting not getting a drip with vitamins and all the other stuff they offer. The environment was incredibly relaxing and those massage chairs are some of the fanciest things I've ever sat in.The staff checked in from time to time to make sure everything was going smoothly. But not an excessive amount to where it was interrupting the relaxation that was going on. That, coupled with the fanciest massage chairs and the environment made me very safe and relaxed. So much so, that I ended up accidentally falling asleep. Falling asleep in public isn't something I generally enjoy doing as it usually makes me incredibly anxious. But, when I woke up, I felt rested, recharged, and better than I've felt in months, maybe even years.Pricing was not as bad as I thought it was going to be. Considering the experience, services I received, and how much better I felt afterwards, I would say I was getting the better end of the deal.Might be a little biased, as I knew some of the staff here outside of the business but, this is one of the best things in terms of recovery and taking care of myself that I have done for myself in a long time. 11/10 would recommend and will be returning for more. Definitely gonna get a fancier drip than just normal saline next time and definitely gonna make this a regular thing I do to try and treat myself.

Walked in feeling rough. Then I met Michaela and Kylee.It just kept getting better.The welcome… better. The care…better. The way they made me feel like I actually mattered…even better than that. By the time I walked out, I felt like a different person. These two are the real dream team. Absolute lifesavers. Prime IV is lucky to have them, and so was I. I will be back for sure! The memberships are unreal hookups! Best believe I’m going to be in there again!

I'm from California and didn't expect the altitude and alcohol to affect me so much and never thought much of IV therapy until I was in the trenches of both. The staff was extremely competent, professional, and nice. They explained everything well and I definitely would recommend to anyone feeling symptoms from a lower attitude or who had a little too much fun the night before.This is my first review I've ever done so that should tell you how life saving this was.

The Meyers cocktail, b12 and d3 extras helped me feel really good afterwards. I was energized and still am. The personal care I received from Chris at the clinic was above and beyond. He is empathetic, he is excellent with the needle and additional injections. I get nervous around needles. He’s so experienced in doing this. I feel and continue to feel at ease every time I go in for services.If you’re looking for a place to go that has an experienced staff member. Ask for chris for sure.I repeatedly receive five star service from this Loveland location and will be back again for more iv therapy treatments. Thank you!

My wife and I went there a few months ago. I had the vitamin B shot for more energy. The process took about 45 minutes. They had an RN putting in the IV! Everyone there was professional and kind. That afternoon I felt energized. I had to drive 6 hours home, and I wasn’t tired. I felt this way for about a week and a half. If we lived closer, I would definitely make this a part of my routine.

I went in for a vitamin b shot. I had so much energy for about 2 weeks. The gals that work there were kind and professional. The nurse who placed the IV in my arm did it so quickly and painlessly. If I lived closer, I would definitely make it a bimonthly visit.

I love this location! The staff is kind, attentive and professional! On my first visit, I notified Kaila (the location manager) that I was Type 1 diabetic, she carefully curated the Champion drip without vitamin C so I wouldn’t get false blood sugar spikes. Great customer service. I have better workouts and I sleep better. Love this place! Thank you Kaila and Prime!
