Please don’t trust any good reviews you see for this company or its owner, Marlon Meija, if you value you your money spent on paver sealing to maintain your home. The likely reason he only has fewer than 30 reviews is that he asked family and friends to write them for him. Marlon is a complete fraud. He will give you a competitive price and a paver industry best 3 years labor and materials on his bids to convince you to choose his company for the job. The first clue is that he can prep, sand and seal a 1500 sf driveway in 2-3 hours. It looks good for up to 3 months, provided little or no rain has fallen. However, within 3-6 months, or after a heavy rain or two, most of the new sand between pavers has washed away. When you try to contact him by phone, text and email, good luck. He never responds except to threats after numerous attempts to reach him and when he does, he tells you his warranty does NOT cover Acts of God like rain and wind, even if only after a few weeks of his work, much less his supposed 3-year warranty period. If you are lucky enough to get him to return,, it will be after 3-4 promised dates that he missed for various reasons, without notifying you in advance. In addition, he will show up only to throw down a little sand, a little sealer and take off, only to have the paved sealers fail again within 2-4 weeks. Marlon either doesn’t know what he is doing, does but is applying too little sand and diluted sealant to add to his profits or both. Not sure which is worse! Either way, he cheated 3 neighbors on our street alone and must be stopped. The best way to do so is to put him out of the business of cheating unsuspecting customers and running away from the shoddy workmanship he provides. Less

Marlon has been a pleasure to work with. Did a great job bringing my pavers back to life and even helped me out with some paver issues that weren’t part of his job. My pavers look brand new and have that nice shine and seal. Highly recommend him for any project and will use him again for sure. Also, his prices are very competitive. Less
