HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! I was DESPERATE for dental assistance when my front tooth crown BROKE off during supper(Thursday! I called the emergency line and the gal was PHENOMENAL! Super compassionate. I explained I’m a wedding planner and I have TWO WEDDINGS this weekend. So having a MISSING front tooth CAN’T happen. She immediately took my information and created me a profile, squeezed me in to the first 8am appointment to get me taken care of!!!! I cried with relief when she said she can help! I showed up as promised today (Friday morning) and they got right to work! They already had TWO PLANS OF ACTION if the first plan didn’t work. I cannot THANK THEM ENOUGH!! I was spoiled with my first dentist, Dr. Bussey. When he retired, I was honestly very anxious about new dentists moving in to his office space. I wasn't sure if I wanted to stay there or not, and was pretty sure that no one would be able to make me feel as comfortable as Dr. Bussey always had. I am here to tell you though--Dr. Spencer Rickers is wonderful! He has a calm, kind demeanor and makes me feel like I'm genuinely being listened to. He also tries his absolute best to be sure his patients are as at ease as possible. So many thanks to Dr. Rickers! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I went to see them today, and I have to say this is the best dentist office I have ever been to. Dr. Yong was sincerely concerned about me and my health. She spent alot of time talking with me and really listened to me and my concerns. Even during the numbing shots, she had a very easy hand and it wasn't too bad at all. The whole time asking me was I alright and reassuring me. And the nurse Miranda is one of the nicest person I have ever met. She has a very soothing voice and took my mind off my anxiety. I am serious the whole experience was better because of these two people and I am truly happy I went to see them. I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone needing to go to the dentist. You will be glad you chose them.
