The one on one customer service I received was OUTSTANDING!!! I had a problem with my auto policy and I got the help I needed to navigate through the system. Which is how ended up bundling and added the renters insurance to my policy.

I recently had to change my policy because I got a different car. I was connected to one of the nicest lady I could have asked for. Alecia quoted me one price but then realized I had a old policy so she finigled it so I could get a new one and it lowered my payment of about 400.00 dollars. I've had to call her with questions a few times since then and she has helped me out and answered all of my questions. She has a great attitude and is very helpful. In my opinion she deserves a raise or some kind of recognition.
