The workouts are designed to test you, and you can be a complete beginner and the team will tailor the workouts to suit your level of fitness. I’ve been a member for 5 months and at first it was daunting, but I am getting stronger and fitter and I love that feeling when I have completed my 50 minutes of exercise and tested myself. It’s not all serious, we have fun and everyone is there to improve their level of fitness however small or big the steps may be. If you’ve time at the end of your workout, members can have a cuppa or a coffee and a natter which is a great way to meet other members. Come along and see for yourself! Less

I’ve been training with Sweat-It for 8 weeks now and thoroughly enjoyed every moment. Everyone is so welcoming, helpful and knowledgable and the gains I have made in this short period of time far outweigh anything I’ve achieved in the past on my own. Everyone is so encouraging and wants you to do well, and today I did my very own PB (personal best) in squats so the review and year anniversary seamed so well timed! I could barely squat when I arrived, and today I did it with 60kgs on the bar! Every coach is so friendly and fun! I thought I might get fitter joining Sweat -it, but I didn't realise the positive impact it would have on me, feeling fit, feeling happy, feeling positivity, personal accomplishment, self esteem, coming out of my shell. Being allowed to enjoy the session and having fun, being able to join in with a team, Coming to sweat it feels like my daily dose of social, even if it is at 6am! Since having kids, I completely lost the meaning of ME, and that is so much more important than I ever realised, coming to sweat it, being encouraged as I have, its not just reflected in the sessions and my fitness, its been personal development for me too, I am a better mum, friend, colleague and wife! I feel so much healthier, stronger and mentally happier! I achieve something for myself now most mornings! And seriously, that's all down to sweat-it, the other members and the whole team! I had been doing work outs at home for the past 2 years as I have always hated the usual gyms, but I wanted to find something that would push me more as I was getting complacent, then I discovered Sweat It and have not looked back. I love the small group training sessions because you have a trainer able to focus on the small amount of people there, correct you and push you. I have improved in many aspects of fitness as well as feeling amazing and like I can conquer anything after a session. I really love the social side as well. I have made friends with so many people that go there and we all help each other along. It’s such a friendly atmosphere and you also know you are in safe hands. I did a month trial & I struggled to start with as I have a bad hip which is painful ,but the trainers really helped me &are still helping me work out what I can & can’t do . I can really feel the difference in my weight & body shape since joining.definitely recommend. 😁

Sweat-It is so much more than a gym and I only wish I had found it sooner. Six months in and I'm loving the training. The coaches are enthusiastic, supportive and will motivate you to achieve your goals. There's a great atmosphere as everyone is so friendly and welcoming. I’ve got to say I love sweat-it training. I’d kind of fallen out of love with the gym but now I feel motivated and look forward to my sessions. Tom and the team push me out of my comfort zone every session - which I wasn’t doing anymore. Couldn’t recommend them highly enough.
Today's games event was great fun and very motivating. Having always been the last to be picked at school in games (because I was so rubbish at sport) it's really nice to be in an environment which is nurturing and encouraging! Thank you for changing my whole attitude towards exercise.
The coaches know their stuff, have fun, but also push me when needed! The variety of workouts are fab so there’s no chance of me getting bored! Every single person who comes is friendly, positive and generally fabulous which creates the ultimate workout experience. I LOVE it 🏋️♀️

I have only been a client since August but I absolutely love the circuit training which has lots of different stations every week. Tom is a great motivator and I would recommend him to anyone who wants to get fit within a great, friendly environment.
Love Sweat-it Training. Circuit training and strength training for all ages and abilities in a very friendly environment. Tom motivates and encourages you to challenge yourself and he's a really nice guy. If you're looking for a change to your usual gym routine and want a full body workout, give Sweat-It Training a go - you won't look back.

For a novice (like me) to the more experienced, Tom makes this a great and fun environment to train in. In the space of a few months, I’ve seen massive improvements. Sweat-it’s new home is amazing! The new strength classes are challenging and it’s great to make progress whilst under the close supervision of Tom. Circuits are a beastly as ever (but in a good way) and suitable for all levels. Combine all this with some great training partners and working out has never been so much fun!!
