I absolutely love this gym! The community is incredible as everyone is friendly and supports each other no matter where you are at in your fitness journey. The coaches are also top-notch and work on proper technique with you more than any other gym I have been at. I would highly recommend this gym to anyone looking to improve their fitness level!

I am so glad I found this gym. It is truly a special place. I am 44 and was looking for a new gym after Xperience closed abruptly. I was doing their HIIT classes and wanted to find something similar. Frank is obsessed with making sure he teaches everyone proper form and technique. This isn’t a muscle head gym where people are pushing each other to yank as much weight as they can. Nope, it is quite the opposite, it is a caring community with coaches that meet you where you are and try to make you a better version of yourself. Everyday is a completely different workout, and each workout can be modified based on each individual’s level. The gym has people from all walks of life, ages, and body types. 20 something’s trying to get in shape to 60 year olds in the best shape of their lives and everything in between. If you can commit to going to a class 3 days a week, show up, and give an honest effort you will be addicted after 2 months. Your mental health will improve, and so will your overall physical health. It is a lot of strength and conditioning/cardio that is intense, but worth if you want to get that heart rate up. The classes called workout of the day are great and they have them at different times throughout the day. I enjoy these because you are surrounded by the coach and like minded athletes and everyone is always supportive and willing to assist you in any facet of the workout. They have open gym as well, which I've done a few times, but having a class that pushes you to do your best is always helpful than the normal workout routine. I've been a member for 3 years at this point and I love it! Frank and Co. Really know how to deliver a killer workout. I couldn't break 200# after years of training, now I'm lifting 350+ I love this gym and the people i workout with. A pure pleasure to sweat here.

Coaches and staff were inviting, helpful and very motivational. The owner Frank Colavita was energetic and very involved with his athletes. Gym has tons of space and equipment. They don't mess around. The hour class was fully utilized with great warm up, skill work, WOD and cool down. Can't wait to return.

Crossfit greendale is absolutely fabulous. I've done two weeks of dropping in there while visiting family and can't wait to do more. The coaches are knowledgeable and welcoming. The programming is great. The members always introduce themselves, and I've even hit a few PRs. Frank is hilarious and quick witted. I can't recommend this gym enough.

A Groupon for Boot Camp's but after I bought it I was told by CrossFit they don't do Boot Camp's anymore and they're going to do something for me I went back-and-forth with the owner and the person at the place now I got was a runaround so I canceled my Groupon very disappointed

I did a drop in here and it was great. The facility is small but the WODs kicked my butt and they were really accommodating with schedules and prices.

My wife and I were in the Milwaukee area on Valentine's Day and decided to drop into Crossfit Greendale for a WOD. Frank was great and the workout was top notch....If you live in the area this is the box to join, I highly recommend it.
