Dr. Falk, each tech, each staff assistant, & each receptionist at NW Animal Clinic & Hospital provides consistent outstanding care for my two dogs. I've never been disappointed. Not long ago my Rat Terrier Zoey had a dental with several teeth extracted. After her all day stay here I arrived to pick her up & take her home. I had her leash on & was headed for the door to leave. But Zoey stopped, turned back & walked through two rooms to find Dr. Falk. She then sat down beside Dr. Falk who reached down & petted her goodbye. That told me everything I ever needed to know about Dr. Falk & her staff. I love how nice this place is. It makes me feel safe bringing my dog to them!! My dog loves going to this vet too, everyone is really friendly with her and they give her treats ❤️ Less
