Red Zone is an excellent place for support and guidance. I am a senior with a bad knee and I needed a place to regain my strength and balance back. Without them I would not be where I am at today. I have been coming since April and am already seeing great results. I've also met a lot of great people that have inspired me to take things further and help me feel accountable. I've always struggled to maintain consistency and that is not an issue for me here. I feel motivated to reach my next goal and seeing my progress has been great. Highly recommend Red Zone!

If you're looking to get a jump on your fitness journey, this is the place. Jeremy is an amazing dude, very friendly and respectful guy. Really smart about fitness as a whole and feels like no matter what he's going to have good advice for you. Pricing is extremely reasonable for what you are given. Building doesn't look like much on the outside but inside there's a little bit of everything with plenty of gear to use for their sessions they offer everyone.The best part is you are never pushed that you have to do things one way and thats it. Jeremy gives you multiple ways to perform exercises no matter what your skill level is and no matter what level you are on.I cannot recommend redzone enough!

UPDATEI have been attending since it opened. I have enjoyed watching this gym family grow and Jeremy expand his services. His assistance with nutrition, strength training, and accountability have supported me in my goals. I have lost 50 pounds since August 2022. I am off BP meds, and blood sugars have decreased to the point I am no longer considered prediabetic. My kids love his youth programs. I can't say enough about this gym culture. It's welcoming, nonjudgmental and family oriented and worth every penny.I love the classes. They are challenging yet allow you to go at your own pace. I never thought I would be able to do a boot camp. But it's not about doing all the exercises in the allotted time it's about doing a little more each time.

My wife has loved this place for years and I resisted mostly because I have never done HIIT workouts and didn't know what I was doing. When talking again about starting, Jeremy explained the on-boarding process he has developed. This got me in. It is a series of one-on-one sessions where I could learn the exercises and get acclimated before joining the group. Now regularly attending the classes and really enjoying it.

Redzone is a no judgment place...Amazing community and staff that takes care of you.When I first joined redzone I was welcomed with open arms and felt right at home. If your feeling like other gyms are to busy and people look at you funny. Redzone has small group sessions and also offers individual training. I well never go back to a regular gym, here is where you well get real results and hit goals. If your a beginner or seasoned veteran you can get on board.

Been going to RedZone for a little over 3 months now. My progress has been incredible! Ive put on roughly 15 pounds of muscle while having lost 15 pounds in fat. The coaches/trainers are exceptional and really help you while making sure to not induce burnout which is a problem ive had before.Another great aspect is there are challenges you can take part in that can be incredibly fun for everyone involved! The atmosphere is very welcoming and the people at the gym are all friendly.I cant recommend this place enough and if you're reading this I hope to see you soon!
