Word cannot describe how grateful we are to Professional Hearing Services (especially Jim) for what he did for our family. We finally convinced my mother (70+ years old) that she was missing so much in life do to her extreme hearing loss. Jim made her feel at ease from the second we walked in. He explained what test he was going to perform and why. He went through the results of each test and made sure that we understood every result. He then gave us many options to correct my mother's hearing loss. The degree of my mother's hearing loss was shocking! I couldn't believe how bad it truly was. BUT.... after all of the test, and all of the results Jim fitted my mother with the perfect set of hearing aids. She was extremely hesitant about getting hearing aids because of cosmetic reasons. But Jim assured her (and he was right) that her hearing aids are virtually impossible to see.
