From scheduling an appointment due to loosing a hearing aid, to receiving a brand new one was one week. Wonderful service! Jim Grant adjusted the new hearing aid, made sure my phone was connected and that I was able to manage the settings etc. The atmosphere in this office is respectful, attentive, focused on restoring hearing to the highest degree possible. I will continue following with Professional Hearing Services and Jim Grant, and actually look forward to seeing them for my hearing needs.

I have had my hearing aids now for about 2+ years which I purchased through Profession Hearing. Jim & Teri are so amazing with every visit. Jim is thorough, asks great questions regarding how the aids are performing, what are my concerns, etc. Never feel rushed and is generous with extra accessories !to make my hearing better! Even made a delivery once due to the street being torn up. Genuine people with stellar consumer service!! I have never had to pay a a dime beyond my original purchase, including accessories, cleaning and regular check ups! If I could add 10 stars I would and still would not feel like it was enough! THEY ARE THE BEST! Check them out!!
