Protect roofing was wonderful to work with, I would definitely recommend! The only thing we weren’t happy about was how many nails were left in the yard when the job was completed. We went through the yard with a large magnet, and found more than 40 nails throughout our yard.

We can’t recommend Tim and Prrotect Roofing highly enough. He came out after a hail storm and went over the entire exterior of the house, taking his time to note and mark each and every bit of damage. Next, when the claims adjuster was here, Tim walked them through everything making sure they inspected the whole house thoroughly. When a few items weren’t approved he coordinated with the insurance company to have them come back out and look over those areas again. Ultimately he was able to get them to approve new siding, roof, soffits & fascia, window wraps, and downspouts for both our house and detached garage. We were blown away, we never could have hoped for even a fraction of that and Tim did all of the legwork to make it happen. Once that was settled he worked with us, providing samples and details until we were satisfied with the designs and ready for the work to begin. It started almost immediately with no delays and took days less than we expected. The crews did an excellent job every step of the way. Tim came by throughout to make sure we were satisfied with the work and to see if we had any questions or concerns. Once the work was completed he came back out to do a final walkthrough. We had a couple nitpicks and he had a guy out that afternoon to fix them. He even sent a landscaper to the neighbor’s house to fix some landscaping brickwork that had been bumped by one of the trucks. We couldn’t be happier with the whole experience.
