Prrotect Roofing was recommended to me. I've had a good experience with them. Benn started me out by explaining the process step by step, what to expect, how much it would cost, the different aspects involved, people involved, who'd be handling the work... The company pretty much kept me in the loop about what was going on and even were able to get my insurance to do extra work. There were times, however, when I had to call to see what or why something was going on or to have leftover items picked up. No big deal. I would definitely recommend Prrotect Roofing to those looking for work to be done on their roof or siding. They were quick, efficient, professional and gave me an enjoyable experience.

Prrotect Roofing recently came out (summer 2026) to replace a skylight over my screened in porch. They came out the day after the fist skylight was damaged and replaced it with a tarp. Jessica Lynch took measurements and ordered a comparable skylight. She was extremely knowledgeable and professional. When the new skylight came in earlier than expected, a crew came out to install it. Jessica came to check the installation of the skylight the same day.Additionally, after a roof replacement by another company in Dec 2024 (NOT Prrotect Roofing) I had a water leak. This company refused to take accountability. I got estimates and talked to several Roofing companies to fix the leaks. Tim West at Prrotect Roofing was by far the most professional and reasonable. His crew came out to fix the "botched" sections and seal the roof in Summer 2025 after the first company refused to do so.I have recommended Prrotect Roofing to several people and will call on them as needed in the future.
