We would hire again. The car was fine and it was easy to pick up and drop off. Plenty of places for us to charge in Brisbane.

I was promised a brand-new Model Y with unlimited kms for Uber. It sounded like a good deal, so I signed. Only later did I find out about all the hidden fees they never mentioned.They gave me a **two-year-old** car, not new. Worse still, when I opened the glove box, **cockroaches** crawled out. That should have been enough, but it gets worse.Charging the car costs up to **$4 a day** just in admin... More

Chasing them feels like dealing with a business that has no clue what they’re doing — or worse, doesn’t care.Avoid this mess. Less
