Everything was just right: the coach-to-class ratio (one to few), a schedule of planned workouts every week, the diversity of the exercises and workouts, multiple class times in a day (which made it easy to fit at least one time block into my schedule on a regular basis), the scalability of workouts to meet the proper stimulus for an individual athlete’s level, and the best thing of all is the amazing community. The owner, Coach Peter, makes it a point to know each member and help them have the best experience possible. The other coaches are great as well. They have suggestions to scale the workouts and on improving technique. The members are very supportive of each other. I don’t feel judged for where I’m at in my fitness journey, but rather empowered to keep improving and getting stronger. After many years of working long hours at a stressful desk job, my health deteriorated to where I was overweight, had major lower back pain, and was tired all the time and only in my late 30s. I knew I needed to get back into shape, but resisted gyms due to the cost thinking that I could instead buy the equipment myself and workout at home. Well that didn't work. I purchased a lot of equipment but found that I couldn't consistently motivate myself to workout. I finally decided to try CrossFit Coordinate at the advice of my brother and his wife and after a month I was hooked! After four years I am stronger than ever, my lower back and other joint issues have resolved, and I am in great physical and mental shape. I owe this all to the great coaches, owners, and members of CrossFit Coordinate. I think it works so well because the programming changes every day making it a lot of fun and producing full body functional fitness results. The workouts are intelligently programed to grow muscle throughout the whole body, burn calories, increase mobility, and to be fun. The coaches are outstanding and instruct you on proper form and help you to modify the workouts as needed to fit your strength and skill level. There is absolutely no experience necessary. I had never done many of the lifts or movements before joining and the coaches and other members were extremely patient and supportive as I learned. I have nothing but good things to say about CrossFit Coordinate in Cary. Everyone is super friendly and the coaches are super helpful.

CrossFit Coordinate in Cary, NC is one of the best CrossFit gyms I’ve been to! I grew up in the area and went to Coordinate starting in high school. I moved away for college but whenever I’m in town visiting family I always drop in! My mom and brother still attend and love it. I highly recommend it for a drop in if you’re in the area or a full time box if you’re looking for one.

We are so happy to find crossfit Coordinate. They are located in Cary but are very conveniently located to Apex and Holly Springs as well. We felt welcomed from day one. The workouts are challenging in a good way and coaches are doing awesome job motivating and encouraging you to try new things. Owner is very compassionate and truly cares about the members.

I have never been a gym person but CrossFit Coordinate in Cary has changed that for me- they have been so welcoming and friendly, I truly look forward to the classes. Not only do you get an amazing workout that is never the same and always challenging, your classmates and coaches become friends. Super accommodating for any level of fitness. Highly recommend!

Amazing staff. Super knowledgeable, encouraging and helpful no matter your current fitness level. Having the potential of 24hr access with HybridAF is also extremely convenient.

I've been a member at 4 different CrossFit gyms over the years as I've moved around NC, and I can honestly say that this is my favorite. It easily has the best community of any box I've been a part of. I've recently had to stop attending because my employer relocated and I can no longer make class times and I miss it badly, both because of the people and the amazing workout you always get.

I'm 32. Started last Summer, and within 9 months I'm stronger, faster, and FEEL healthier than ever. Happy to call Crossfit Coordinate my gym, my friends, and some are even like family. It's more than a workout, it's a community

I dropped in to Crossfit Coordinate while in the area and was welcomed with open arms. Everyone was friendly, that facility was clean and the equipment was ample and in good condition. I did one of the open workouts there and a member volunteered to judge for me which was helpful. I didn't do any other workouts there so I couldn't comment on the instruction.

This gym is not only a place to workout. It's a whole community of supportive people who really make you feel like family. I'm SO glad my family joined Crossfit Coordinate and everyone can do this. The coaches can scale all workouts to your fitness level. They are the best!!
