This is my first and hopefully last time I'll be purchasing a home. I was trying to find more info on what I could afford and I got sorted with Victoria and she walked me through the whole process a true professional. She matched me with a Local Real Estate agent that is on the same Energy Level as myself. She checked up on you once a week which I loved kept me in the loop of everything that was going on. Not only did I love working with her BUT ALSO my Realtor the Sellers Realtor and honestly EVERYONE that she worked with in the process said how much they loved her compared to others they have worked with in the past. Not only did she set me up with a suitable loan but she was able to sort it out in a way that me with little money was able to buy a home when the world is saying people of my generation cannot. I know other peoples situations will be different so I don't want to give details that would make it difficult on her later because things have changed but I really cannot say how happy I am with the service provided. I also like that it was a Louisiana based company I didn't want some person that didn't care/know about how things work around here because they handle multiple states, does this affect anything? Honestly I don't know because the other loan companies I contacted told me I did not qualify for a loan Is that long enough? Did I leave anything out? Probably Long story short. This is not a scam company they have good people working for them and they will sort you out That being said please do shop around EVERY person is different so let them know what you need and if they cannot help you find someone that fits your situation THANK YOU!
