Heaven's Best cleaned all of the carpets in my home and I couldn't be more thrilled. Dan, Chris and Eric were incredibly professional, considerate and thorough. When the hose necessary to go to the basement wasn't long enough to make it the whole way, I offered they go through the back yard for a more direct route. They quickly pointed out that the lawn was pretty wet and the worried about tracking any mud onto the carpets downstairs. Their solution: come back with a portable unit rather than push it to get it done that day and risk doing the whole job poorly. They came back the next day and wowed us again when we offered them the ability to drive on the lawn to get their truck a little closer and they politely declined. They explained that the truck was nearly 4,000 lbs and would certainly make ruts in the lawn. They didn't want to risk ruining our lawn just to make it more convenient on their end. The job they did was exceptional. The carpets look as good as new and I couldn't be more happy with the service! Less

Heaven’s Best did an awesome job on our carpets! We bought a foreclosure and the carpets had all kind of stains and smoke damage. They were able to get most of the stains out and minimized the smoke damage. We are very happy with the outcome and won’t have to replace the carpets! Great job! Very friendly and professional! Coty & Stephen came out just this past Tuesday and I was once again, but not surprised, at the exceeded expectation. I received a call when they were on the way, which I REALLY appreciate because it allows me to be out of the office less time than if there was simply a 'window.' They walked through, saw what I needed and went to work. I'm always impressed by the quality of people that Jim hires; they are always professional, personable and just 'good' guys! Additionally, I never would have known that these two guys had been in the carpet cleaning business for only months. They were incredibly knowledgeable and professional and answered all of my annoying questions... I'm like a toddler always asking 'why?' They were in and out in around an hour (4 rooms, 1 set of stairs, 2 hallways). People have asked me why I don't 'try' someone else out that has a deal going or something like that... I had water seeping into my basement Thursday night because a pipe burst at my neighbor’s house. My neighbor hired Heaven’s Best and was working on mitigating the water damage to her house and I asked them to do mine as well. The manager Glenn came over and immediately started working to remove the water and drying and dehumidifying my basement. My neighbor said they were out in less than 2 hours; I was amazed as others on my street were waiting 3-4 days for other companies! They came back every day as promised to check on the process. I met the owner, Jim Bonner, who was a very polite person just like the rest of his crew. Jim turned out to be the most helpful person during the whole insurance process. My insurance claim got a little complicated as I live in a townhouse and the neighbor’s insurance company made me work with my insurance. Jim explained the process and told me not to worry about it as they will bill the insurance company and they will take care of everything and promised that everything will look better than it did before the damage (which it did)! I cannot say enough about their professionalism, honesty, and helpfulness. I would strongly recommend using them for water restoration and carpet cleaning. I live in Montclair, VA and they were willing to come out this far and another friend just hired them and they live in Woodbridge. Less

My experience working with Heaven's Best was great. There was great customer service, great prices, and great flexibility. They got the job done a day after I called and it did not take a lot of time despite the great work that was completed. The carpet dried within an hour and the home smelled great. I would definitely recommend their services and would go back. I already am.

Absolutely the best carpet cleaning experience I have ever experienced. We had really dirty basement rugs and Chris and his crew came in and really did an outstanding job. You would think we bought new carpet after they had finished. I can't give them a high enough recommendation.
