Nick is an excellent trainer and takes a very personal approach to each of the people he trains. Since I have trained with Nick I have gotten so much stronger throughout my entire body, and as an added bonus I have lost 35 pounds. I highly recommend training with Nick. Less

Nick is great! He taught me quite a bit and helped me drop about 30lbs in 7 months while also building muscle and getting leaner! He knows his stuff and is great at motivating without being like a drill sergeant. Sadly I had to pause our sessions for reasons unrelated to him but will continue to benefit from his guidance! Less
