In 2006 I recieved Lucho's Nutrition Certification. I was in my own weight loss journey of 85+lbs and it gave me so much understanding of foods and macros. I was drawn to him also as my daughter was lactose intolerant and the doctors wanted to put her on soy formula and he was the only one talking about this on the internet at the time. I launched my business right away and with the help of the nutrition software, I was very successful. I HIGHLY recommend it, especially if you are new! I am still working as a coach 17 years later.
