I feel very confident pushing myself and my body knowing he has my back. The daily workouts are always varied, great for avoiding muscular plateaus, and keeping your mind present. Classes are an hour, split between warm up/mobility, strength, and a workout. If you show up to class and put in the effort, I am confident you will very quickly begin to notice many positive differences in yourself. The owner and coach Jeremy is a fantastic trainer. He makes sure you’re doing the moves safely and with proper form. In terms of the space and equipment, the box is set up great and your workout goes smoothy. Jeremy and his team of professionals have done an Amazing job! My job is very demanding and his ability to always find time and work with his clients schedule is very appreciated. Coach Jeremy is one of the best coaches I ever had. He taught me how to do Olympic lifts the right way. I will highly recommend it for athletes who want to improve to get to that next level.

Gym is huge and has plenty of equipment. I did one on one training with Jeremy. He helped me achieve my goal (get stronger and be physically confident). Prices are reasonable. Highly recommended!

I was in St. Cloud for the Granite Games and didn't have a heck of a lot of time, but it was totally worth it to visit Granite City Crossfit. If you're in St. Cloud, do put it on your itinerary! I was recently a guest. The staff was very welcoming, it was a low intensity (mostly mobility day). The other fitters were open with banter and jesting at each other. The group dynamic was great. One pitfall, the coach did not introduce which made me feel awkward. The gym was clean and had great equipment to work with. Will definitely come back when I am in town for conferences.

Jeremy and his staff are fantastic to work with. Even with previous shoulder and knee problems, they modify my workouts to help me build strength and mobility. The facility is top notch.

This place has been a life changer for me. I have lost 50 pounds, lowered my blood pressure and have gained friends, fellowship and regained my health and self esteem . Been here for about 4 years and can't say enough good things about this place. When I moved up to St. Cloud I tried a couple of other boxes and none were like this one. This one had a good community atmosphere and great coaching methods and programming.
I dropped in to this box during my vacation in Minnesota. The coaches and athletes were very friendly! I appreciate the coaches attention to detail during to workout and the other athletes were encouraging to everyone. It's nice to stop in and feel like family!

I was going to join their new you challenge and was super excited about it! Some things came up and I had to cancel before the class started. I had written a check and dated it for my next payday. I had asked them to cancel my spot because of some things that had come up. The next day I find out my $250 check had been cashed. I texted him and he had said he didn't realize it was me even though we... More
I was going to join their new you challenge and was super excited about it! Some things came up and I had to cancel before the class started. I had written a check and dated it for my next payday. I had asked them to cancel my spot because of some things that had come up. The next day I find out my $250 check had been cashed. I texted him and he had said he didn't realize it was me even though we had texted before. I called him and now have to wait a week to get my money back because he didn't realize it was me, even though I had asked him to cancel my spot. If it were 50 dollars, I wouldn't be nearly as upset. He forgot it was me, but didn't forget what date he could cash my check on. Says he hasn't talked to me in 4 weeks, which is why he forgot, but it's been a week and a half. I would have told Jeremy all of this when I went to pick up my check, but my check was taped to the door on the outside of the building. So he didn't even give me the courtesy of expressing my frustrations Less
I dropped in the Granite City Crossfit to do a couple workouts and had a great experience! The coaches are knowledgeable and accommodating and I loved my time there. Excellent!!!
I recently travelled to St. Cloud on business and had the pleasure of dropping in for 3 classes at Granite City Crossfit. Jeremy their owner is an excellent coach and truly embodies the Crossfit culture. I hope I have the pleasure of dropping in again, this is a great box!
Love this place! Jeremy is great to work with and an amazing coach. All of the other coaches I worked with were awesome as well and everybody really cares about your well being. Awesome people and awesome place. If you haven't tried crossfit I would highly recommend it and the coaches here.
The staff is so helpful and easy to work with. It's such a fun environment to go work out, learn, and gain strength and confidence.

My husband and I have been to GCC twice now passing through the area and We can't say enough good things about how friendly and inviting the atmosphere is!
