It was a quick install as I had 240V outlet and they didn't have to arrange permit etc. There was an issue with the breaker in the panel and they came back as soon as I called and replaced it for me. They took there time with the installation. But, I would suggest that ConservPro let FPL know they need to modify their portal by asking what type of NEMA type connection they have and taken a picture of it if they have one. The installation only requires a direct connection. This eliminates the customer from spending extra money installing a NEMA type plug.

Excellent experience with installation of my level 2 EV charger. They took care of the permitting. The owner texted me throughout the process and showed up to the job. The two employees were very courteous and professional. They even helped me with a separarte electrical issue I had. Definitely recommend.
