What an amazing box. It’s spacious, clean, with tons of equipment. I love the fact that you can choose between a xfit workout, burn workout, or both. The owner, coaches, and members are phenomenal. It truly is “more than just a gym”. If you’re looking for a new gym, tired of not getting results, or are new to the area and want to meet a wonderful part of the community check this place out.

I stopped in for a couple weeks while I was in town for work. Great atmosphere and I picked up a couple useful tips from Coach Bubba that has improved my snatch! If I’m ever in the area again I will definitely be dropping in.

I’ve been at SPRAG for five years now and this place is like family! I came in with very little lifting experience and it’s been so cool to watch myself improve. The coaches meet you right where you’re at skill wise and cheer you on to reach your goals! We joined the Sprag fam about 6 years ago and have loved it ever since. The fitness journey has been a fun one thanks to Adam and his coaching staff. They make it fun, hard, but also very rewarding!

The atmosphere, coaching, and community of sprag are all top notch. Every coach is welcoming and knowledgeable. I have personally seen myself reach goals I didn’t think possible as well as seen others do the same. I can’t remember a time before Sprag! We joined over 8 years ago. They have ALWAYS had the best coaching and treat everyone like family! I’ve been going to SPRAG/BURN for 6 months! The workouts are AWESOME & the atmosphere and everyone you meet are helpful and welcoming! Loved these guys. I use this gym as my home away from home, when I am on orders at Fort Hood. They welcomed me in without question and I really appreciate it.

I'm 51 and hadn't worked out seriously since my 30s. I joined in December 2020 after realizing I needed to change some things. This Box let's you take the fitness journey at a pace that's manageable. Everyone is encouraging and willing to help but not pushy. I'm 9 months in and feel better than I have in years. I highly recommend Adam, Bryce and the rest of the team!

My husband and I joined about 4 weeks ago and we are so happy we gave CrossFit a try. We feel so much stronger and healthier already . No need to be intimated, this is such a great community and team of coaches -you will not regret it- just do it !

I mean its a Crossfit gym... coaches don't really coach, then they put coaches in there to coach that can't even do the movements/oly movements theyre coaching.. So if youre looking to do any type of competing you'd be better off finding a legit gym. If youre just looking to spend $200 a month just to go to another Planet Fitness then this is the gym for you.

Adam was very welcoming. Jacob was a fun instructor. The building set up was top notch with walls that opened up to the fresh air and big workout areas. Plus lots of parking. One of the best Crossfit gyms I’ve been to and I’ve been to several all over the world.

Everyone is so awesome! I'm a CrossFit rookie (to put it nicely) and the coaches/trainers are great. I must have thanked them a million times for not making me feel dumb about not knowing things. Outside of that, everyone who attends is supportive and they are always cheering each other on. Its a great environment and if you're going to do CrossFit in this area it needs to be at Sprag!
