As far as the people go, all of the members are motivated and really supportive, and Mike is one of the best instructors in the industry. There is no judgment when scaling a workout, which is something that I’ve been doing each time over the past couple of months. This is the perfect place for those who are new to CrossFit, as well as those who have done it before, but want to train in a much more positive and low threat environment. Joining CrossFit Inglewood is one of the best decisions that I’ve made and I’m looking forward to continuing my training here for a long time.
