Using Thrive physical therapy has helped me feel so much better, I went in with horrible hip pain and after 6 weeks I’m starting to feel myself again, I can’t thank the staff and PT enough for helping me get through it and actually listening to my concerns/issues. I had Plantar Fasciitis and had therapy with Thrive for about 1 month. The girls there are wonderful! I am doing so much better. I recommend them highly.

My ten year old son goes to thrive physical therapy. He looks forward to going and enjoys his time there. I can already see the benefits of his time there after only a few sessions he is in less pain.

I was diagnosed with Ehlers Danlos Syndrome last year and I wish I would have know about Katherine at Thrive last year! I may not like her everyday and she may have called me out for cussing her out behind my mask bc of the pain... but she doesnt let me give up! she pushes me! obviously not beyond my limits but she helps me go beyond the last limits everytime!!!

In August, my doctor referred me to Thrive as kind of a last resort option for the pain I was experiencing every. single. day. I had really decided that I was just going to have to work around and through it for the rest of my life. I was told from the very first visit that was not what was going to happen and that she would “fix me.” I laughed it off. I can definitely affirm that she (the great Diana!!!) is fixing me. Diana is the most patient, understanding, REAL, thorough and knowledgeable person I’ve encountered when it comes to my condition and the best ways to “fix” and deal with it! I’ve never had to go to physical therapy for anything before, but you won’t ever convince me this isn’t the place to be for any and all physical therapy needs! Specifically, she treated issues (years post-childbirth/pelvic floor) for me that I thought were normal and irreversible. I feel like I have my life back, and even on the days I may experience some pain or other issues, she works me through it. So—moms out there—get checked out and go to Thrive so they can “fix” you! I can’t say enough good things about Thrive. I have been suffering from chronic pain for the last 2.5 months due to sciatica. Today was my first appointment and saw Katherine. Her and her staff were super sweet and it’s going on 8 hours with NO PAIN! I have a long road ahead of me but they definitely shredded light to my darkness from my pain.

4.5 years of SEVERE FIBROMYALGIA from physical trauma (24/7 pain) - opiates, p.t. at several facilities, aqua therapy...just existing each day was my life. I needed to get my life back, my body able to walk 20 yards, my first grandson due. Help. I prayed about trying another therapy, and God brought me to Ashley and the entire Thrive therapy family! Ashley explained what our journey would entail. She was upbeat and positive and at the very least, she would be able to help me with the extensive pain. I'd heard that before, right? With her empathetic, optimistic, soothing demeanor, I agreed to try again for relief from chronic pain one more time. In two months, now breathing correctly, isometrics (done correctly) well monitored exercises (I've got muscle memory loss), muscle manipulation, dry needling and no-pain suction cups has been the answer to my prayers. I do my two sets of exercise at home, all day breathing and ab crunches for ME now. I'm, we, are finding tired, run down muscles that have forgotten how to behave! And it is working!! I have glutes, thighs, abdominal muscles...slow as a snail - but compared to my life prior, I'm accomplishing day to day tasks that were impossible only weeks earlier. I have found a way out of the pain that doesn't come in a pill. Thank you Lord for this miracle. Thank you Thrive, thank you for showing me how to FIGHT FIBRO and see light at the end of the tunnel.
