Duane did absolutely fabulous work and was a pleasure to have working in our home. We have since recommended Classic Sash and Door, and specifically Duane, to two of our neighbors who have asked about the work that we recently had done.

Classic sash and door is a class act, from the first contact to the finished product. Every person I dealt with was knowledgeable about the products and the process. I was so happy with them that , no sooner than a large number of windows had been replaced, than I called them and requested the remainder of windows be replaced . The process was smooth, I was kept up to date on ordering, receipt of the windows, scheduling and the “ day(s) of the work in my home. Workers arrived on time, were meticulous in caring for my home during installation and left the space spotless. I couldn’t be happier with my choices and felt I received excellent advice that address every concern . If there were more stars, I’d select them all!!

We’ve been in the same house for 25+ years, staring at the same circa 1970’s double front doors, and we finally said “it’s time”. My wife did the legwork on securing a company to both purchase and install from, and she hit a home run with Classic Sash and Door.The installers (Peter and Sam) were the best. You could tell from the beginning that they took pride in their craft, and the finished product looks absolutely amazing. We are kicking ourselves we didn’t do this years ago. We went with full glass on both doors, along with some beautiful hardware that tied it together perfectly. Couldn’t be happier with the process and product. We just had Classic Sash & Door replace 13 windows in our 1939 home and it turned out fantastic. They were able to complete the bulk of the install in a single day and everything by the second day. Everyone has been friendly and professional from the start to finish and they did great work. We originally planned to do the install ourselves, but getting everything done in 2 days was well worth the install cost. They even pointed out a few defects from the manufacturer (unfortunate, but not unexpected) and are replacing those windows under warranty.
