The programming is well thought out and challenging while still being adaptable for all fitness levels. Whether you’re brand new or experienced, everyone is welcomed and encouraged. On top of that, the community is fantastic and the facility is clean, well-equipped, and a great environment to be in every day.

I can't say enough good things about this location. Whether you're a beginner (or don't know where to start) in your health journey, or whether you are a pro and looking to take your fitness to the next level, Justin and his team are wonderful at helping you get to your goals. Personally, I have a bad back and knees from years in the military, but they have alternate exercises for virtually everything. You'll get a great workout in every day you show up, and that's all you have to do. Show up! You won't regret it. And you'll thank yourself when you look in the mirror.

Just started CrossFit Tiffin, so far, it has been great. The gym area is very nice, clean and well organized. They have a scheduling app that makes it easy to plan out your week and keep you on track. Coaches are awesome! Always friendly and willing to help you out.
