Dash Real Estate Company has done a few things for me to warrant this review. First, full disclosure, I use Dash Real Estate for my property management. They are a wonderful, and fair property manager, whether you have 1 property you are looking to rent, or multiple properties, the attention to detail and personal touch they give us a cut above.Meeting their team has been a delight from the onset. I was extremely leery about the idea of having a management company do anything for me, but after talking through what they offered, pricing, and honestly the way they handle portfolios, I’ve never had an issue. The team is always willing to respond, answer questions, and dig into problems that arise that the tenant brings to their attention.They aren’t a Goliath, they are more of the David in this scenario, and in a world of Goliath’s that are shuffling you in and out over and over, I like the fact that someone like Andrew and his team have my back.I recently have been house hunting and have had multiple conversations with the Dash team. We are thrilled with the answers we’ve received and even the industry candor. You don’t always see that. Their advice sometimes may even go against the grain in terms of making the immediate sale.You may read that last part and think it a bad thing, but no, I see this as the pinnacle of what Dash stands for, a team that is concerned about the right fit for you, whether that’s in your home you are looking to sell, a home you are looking to buy, or a property you are looking to rent.I hope you have as wonderful an experience as we have had with the Dash Realty team!

I can’t say enough about how wonderful Brenda was in helping my dad buy a home. She worked tirelessly to find him the perfect place which was no easy task, as this was his first time buying on his own and he isn’t comfortable with technology (to say the least). Brenda went above and beyond in every way. She was incredibly patient through his indecisiveness, always reachable, and proactive in making sure every step of the process moved forward smoothly.She guided him through negotiations, coordinated with inspectors, lenders, and everyone involved, and made sure absolutely nothing slipped through the cracks. I’m certain she did more for him than any other realtor would have. Her level of care and dedication truly made it feel like she was helping her own family member.Since I live far away, having her there brought me so much comfort.
