JBo Fitness has been one the best things that ever happened to me. Not only physically but mentally. When I walked in there they were so welcoming, explained everything well and I joined right away. Now after less than 2 years in I have acomplished loosing 30lbs, running Spartan races, Deka, local 5k races, going up on my fitness levels and feeling and looking the best I have ever looked and felt... I started working out March 20, 2024 with the 21 day challenge and signed up 21 days later! And joined in on one of the special challenges they offer. In just those few 6 weeks, I lost 8 lbs and found my love for working out again! JBO fitness came into my life when I needed it the most! THANKYOU, I truly have enjoyed my time. The community is unlike anything I’ve ever experienced at any other gym and I’ve gone to F45, Equinox , lifetime fitness to name few, and the people and the coaches at jbo are Unmatched each coach brings their own unique style and it’s truly been such a pleasure to be a part of your community and to have been able to be a member of the gym. Last year (Jan 2022) I put my health first, above all, and joined JBo Fitness. Weighing 160 lbs, I was emotionally and physically at my lowest. The moment I stepped into the gym, JBo ignited a spark that I forgot I had in me. They truly are amazing at providing guidance and encouragement throughout your journey. They modify the workouts to fit your level, yet push you past what you think you’re capable of. Fast forward to today, weighing around 140lbs. (stronger than I’ve ever been in my life), I am in awe of the progress I’ve made. I’ve gained amazing friends along the way, who share the same goals as me and motivate me to keep coming back day after day. It is family! Where the focus is on mindset, nutrition, strength, endurance and spiritual health. Everyone welcomes and supports everyone. I don’t miss my workouts because I don’t want to miss out!!!
