We are absolutely stoked with our new 18’9 Wildtrekker…We never thought this custom built van could be done for the $$$ we didn’t have, yet Steve, Anita and Mel have made it possible. The team have gone above and beyond to build and deliver our beautiful off road van on time and ready for our much planned big off-road adventure trip. Nothing seems to be a problem for Steve. And Glen and Nick in the workshop were awesome with the handover process and talking us through the little defects that were rectified straight away…You too can ‘Follow your dreams’…go and talk to Sunrise Caravans !!!Cheers. Adventures)…NOW COMES THE FOLLOW UP !!!Since taking delivery of our van we’ve been on the road now for the past 8 weeks and have done almost 10000k’s already.This truly is amazing to tow for a single axle van. The oz-trekker coil suspension on and off road is incredible…the best van I’ve ever towed, and I’ve definitely put it through some ultimate off road tests.We’ve had many issues with it from lock barrels rattling out on rough roads, water connections letting go, a few other small issues with lights and fittings, and a freezer door that broke a plastic clip and trim. But nothing I couldn’t sort out myself with Steve and Glens advice.Any new build van will have their little issues as things settle in. Everyone we speak to as we travel seem to be having issues with their new vans and their manufacturers don’t seem to care…The difference between those other brand vans and Sunrise Caravans is that Sunrise stand behind the product they sell and the Sunrise team I have to say have been faultless in getting issues sorted out for us to keep us travelling.From express posting replacement parts for us to collect at our next stop to having their tradies call us within an hour of Steve receiving our call for help or advice.Our next van will definitely be a Sunrise on the strength of their after sales service.We’ve discovered since purchasing our Sunrise Van, we have actually become part of a family and we have been treated as such.Many thanks once again to the Sunrise team… You guys are fantastic to deal with.Cheers. Sunrise have just built and now delivered to the Brisbane Port an amazing 24 ft Sunrise Bahamas caravan for us. Being in New Zealand, ordering and getting the extras we wanted was a absolute breeze, most was done by phone and email , but they absolutely nailed it .Anita and Steve's team are all very professional and I couldn't recommend them more highly. Special thanks to Mel , its just like ringing family when calling them, and the same if we visited the Dealership.We have a similar van in Australia which they delivered in 2021 and we absolutely love that one.Our van has just arrived in Auckland for the first part of its journey, next is the ship to Lyttleton, then delivered to us in Picton.Two Happy Kiwis Roger and Julie

Sunrise folk were fabulous to deal with from the start. Answered all our questions, had terrific product knowledge. Nothing was too hard to arrange or supply. We were kept up to date on the build process and the delivery was as stated early September as we requested. Steve Anita and Mel really know their stuff and produce a great product. Fit and finish is what we expected from a firm with a longtime industry history. We are more than happy with our purchase so much so we did a shakedown trip within 12 hours of pickup. Only 2 little minor issues which have already been addressed and will be rectified at the first service. These were so minor it did not affect the performance or hinder our trip in anyway whatsoever, but I wish to be 100% honest. We are extremely happy with our purchase and look forward to many years of making memories with our family thanks to Sunrise Caravans

We bought a blue sky quartz at the 2024 caravan and camping show that was on display it tick all the boxes for us. Mel was great to deal at the show and also the salesman that we dealt i can not remember his name.
