We had a very poor interaction with this company. They replaced our septic system and were supposed to run two separate electrical circuits to a pump and sensor, provide new circuit breakers in my electrical panel, and run the wiring. They did not do that and instead went off one of my existing circuits and ran only one line. They also busted up my sidewalk and left it with a six foot missing section of concrete. They were also supposed to come back and do an inspection in the spring, however that didn't happen either. We have no idea if the pump even works. All we know is that we have a 3 foot tall post with lights on it that was supposed to be on a second circuit and alert if the pump fails, but I'm not sure if they even connected the pump. We would have liked to have an alerting system in the house rather than on a post in the middle of the yard. I would not recommend them for septic work and wouldn't trust them to even move dirt for us. Less

They cut me a break because I had already dug up one of the inspection hatches, and they had located the other with County drawings and didn't charge extra. Called due to septic backup . Person who answered the phone was very professional and responsive while taking my message Service manager called back within a few minutes and was at my house within the hour. Septic team was at work early the next morning. Very polite, thorough and professional.

Within 10 days my basement was flooded again. This time Travis came with his team and told me that this clog was due to tree limbs that had grown back in the last 10 days and therefore Triple D was not responsible. Travis proceeded to explain that his team would stay and unclog my basement floor drain for another $399. I paid Triple D $399 plus $100 for root treatment just 10 days earlier and I was shocked Travis was going to make me pay $399 AGAIN and that his work had less than a 10 day warranty. I did not agree to pay $399 so Travis asked me for $90 for a service call fee. I didn't pay that and never heard back from Triple D or Travis again. Less

Triple D was able to clean up a very messy basement for us. They came promptly and were very efficient and polite.

These guys are top notch. They are looking at doing a couple of other projects and while they were at my house, I asked them to look at my septic. Travis and his team were called to pump my septic and aeration tanks. In the process they discovered a non-functioning aeration pump and an aeration tank plugged diffuser. Both were repaired/replaced within a few hours and my aerobic sewage system is functioning as good as new.

Dustin and his crew were professional, kind and courteous. They performed our final-grade and excavation work after a renovation (foundation pour). They did some other work for us and because of their professionalism and stellar quality of work, we would definitely consider them for future business.

Easy to work with and they explained everything they were doing to me and did a good job answering my questions since I had no idea about my how septic system worked.

I called in the morning to get my septic pumped out and hosed down/cleaned. They showed up the same day and did a great job and they left the area looking as though they weren't even there. Very timely and responsive which is great to know someone in this industry who takes care of their customers like they do.

Great work, even better people. They did some dirt work, creating a sand beach with huge rocks for a retaining wall, on the lake front. Once springs comes around again, I will have them out to do even more. Dustin is a top notch guy, and him and his guys will take care of you.

Dustin was great to work with for assistance with my sewer lift station. He was able to respond to my emergency immediately, gave expert help to get me up and running again, and discovered another issue that was reducing the life of my pump and costing extra $ in power consumption monthly. Called wulf and they could not do the job. These guys came out and got the job although i think a little costly.

First of all Dustin is an outstanding gentlemen. Second his crew is hard working. It was nice to see Dustin working with his crew, it's not everyday you see the owner of a company getting his hands dirty. I love the layout of my sewer lines and the work that was done, I could not of hired a better crew to get the job done in less that 10 hours.
