This fitness center is amazing. Great facility, top equipment and environment. Great service with friendly and knowledgeable staff. Koko is an amazing gym! I was a newbie to the whole gym thing, and honestly was scared as I had no idea what to do with all the different weight machines. Koko takes all the guess work out of it with the smart trainers. Absolutely love this gym and going to work out here.

This club is awesome! During quarantine I was able to workout from home through the Zoom App! I had a personal trainer at my fingertips😊 , and they were recorded, so I could access them at a time that was convenient for me!! These coaches go the extra mile for their members!

Very helpful place for someone who has never really worked out before. Staff is encouraging and available to assist you one on one, especially at the beginning. The work outs are programmed to your koko key and it walks you through everything, as opposed to just trying to figure out on your own what to do. Plus they have classes to get you moving even more! Koko provided a strength training regime that has resulted in some much-needed toning and sculpting. Almost immediately, I began seeing stronger arms and more defined shoulders. I spent that weekend tailgating a Minnesota Vikings preseason game and eating ballpark food at a Minnesota Twins game, so I gained about 3 lbs over the weekend. I showed up at the club at 6am Monday morning ready for my first X workout. I couldn’t get into the front door, and no staff was available to assist me. I called and texted to no avail. After waiting for about 15 minutes, a member let me in. I walked to the X room where the workout had started. I jumped in and got to work. For the next 6 weeks I faithfully worked out (5 or 6 times a week – even doing an outdoor Zumba class) and stuck to the diet (except for 3 beers at another Minnesota Vikings tailgate trip). I was a little disappointed that upon signup I didn’t receive more information about how losing 25 lbs for me wasn’t a healthy option, and that dropping 6% body fat in 6 weeks was highly improbable if not impossible. It wasn’t until after I signed the 6-week contract and paid the fee that I did the research about what my goal meant for me. 4 weeks into the program I was down 12 lbs and 1.6% body fat. A week later I was down a total of 3.2% body fat. At the end of the program I'm down 15 lbs and 3.5% body fat. I was a little disappointed in how it ended, as I got my picture taken, dropped off my key at the desk, and walked out unnoticed. I’m not into my numbers, but more how I feel (and how my clothes fit). I do have significantly more energy, and I’ve cinched my belt one notch tighter. The workouts at Koko are varied and easy to follow. The staff and members are very friendly and encouraging. It’s really nice to have a 24/7 on-demand virtual trainer for people like me who don’t necessarily keep regular hours. It gives you the motivation and guidance needed to have a proper workout any time of any day. The workouts can be as challenging as you’d like, and the 6-week challenge is definitely a way to get a jump-start on living well. One of the best experiences I've had, when it comes to Health clubs. The group exercise class are kickass, and really motivates you to push your limits. The trainers are always present to guide you with the exercises, kudos to Chad Huston, best trainer I've ever had!! Awesome experience!!

Poor customer service. I showed up for my first scheduled visitation with a trainer at 6:45am and no one was there. I called and left a message while waiting in my car for 5-7 mins thinking maybe someone had stepped away. No return phone call or follow up was made. I'll just stick to my complex's gym which is free since clearly my business isn't needed.

Such an amazing staff and facility. The staff wants to make sure that you are taken care of. And it's awesome I don't have to think about what I'm going to do for a workout! All I have to do is show up and it tells me what to do :)

If they see me doing a certain exercise wrong, they help me to correct it! If I get down on myself, the staff is there to help motivate me and help me to reach my goals. I like the fact that I can work at my level. The digital machines keep me on pace and using the correct form keeps me from hurting or straining my body. The staff are very helpful and encouraging!
