This place is amazing. The coaches are great, the people are friendly and welcoming and excited about helping each other out every training session. I came here originally to gain some basic skills, and now I’m looking at trying my hand at competition. It’s a wonderful environment for all ages and all people, regardless of where you are in your fitness journey or BJJ experience!

I was in Phoenix for a week and wanted to drop in at any gym that welcomes visitors. Out of four gyms, Grey Wolf Ares was the only one to respond back to me. Rolling there was not just an awesome workout, but a really good class to learn from as well. I look forward to coming back here whenever I’m in town.

Now for the training it's top knotch there is no gimics you get what you put into it. And it feels like my second family. You make friends here almost right away no one wants anyone to fail. Joining this gym has easily been one of the best decisions I have made. Instructors are awesome and we have alot of fun!

This has been an amazing experience. I'm 8 weeks in and every coach is legit and very accepting of your experience level.
