This office has a practice model that is different than any I have been to before, and I will admit initially the feeling of being cranked in and out so quickly put me off. However, after over six months of care here, I can wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone with spinal or neck alignment problems. The staff are consistently (ALWAYS) super friendly and professional, and that is something that comes from the top down. It is clear that Dr. Williams knows how important staff training is, and I believe his staff get the training and support from management to do their jobs very, very well. It is clearly a priority in their clinic. Dr. Williams knows his trade and his tools very well, and you will find in him a gem of a person once you get to know him. And when it comes to the very brief amount of time it takes for appointments, given the good results I am getting, its pretty wonderful to spend such a short amount of time on a healthcare appointment/maintenance routine. Dr. Williams and his Staff are amazing. I visited for the first time 2 years ago because I couldn’t turn my head due to the stress I carried in my neck. After putting me on a treatment plan for decompression and forward neck issues, I was relieved of the tension and continuous tension pain. I have continued a maintenance plans for 2+ years now and continue to look forward to my monthly visits.

The whole experience from beginning (literally) to current (months later) has been amazing! The first day I came I left with so much relief ! They’re some of the most caring staff in a medical facility I’ve ever dealt with! I truly can’t recommend them enough !!

Recently had a bad sports injury and my back was hurting so much. Made an appointment here because I heard so many great things about their office and wonderful staff. I’ve only had my first session but I feel SO much better! They taught me so many things about my health, posture, etc. and how much it can affect your daily life. The doctors and staff are all so nice. They are all very knowledgeable and seem to enjoy their jobs, which is too often a rare thing. I was feeling some relief after my first visit. I was leaving for vacation, so time was limited, but my pain was eased enough that it isn’t hampering my movement.

I had a horrible experience with this place. I saw Dr Tucker who likes to push for using laser therapy that does not work. I requested a manual adjustment that worked with me in the past with other chiropractors I had seen. It’s important to listen to the patient when they tell you what they feel works best for them. He didn’t even want to touch me. His focus was on selling laser therapy which cost over $100 per visit. I was not satisfied with the service after two sessions that I paid out of pocket for, so I stopped going there. I paid $150 for each session plus they billed my insurance company which I don’t understand. I requested my receipts for reimbursement and they tell me 4 months later that I have a balance. They have my address, email, and phone number. I was never notified about this balance. They refused to give me my receipts. I should have seen Dr Williams. I saw his patients in and out in 15 minutes, because he was doing what I needed which was manual adjustments. Dr Tucker trying to capitalize on patients with laser treatment. One time they didn’t even put oxygen on me which supposedly works with the laser. Stay away from this place. Don’t be fooled by the southern kindness!!!! Less

Dr. Williams and staff were very friendly and did a great job in relieving my pinched nerve. I was referred there by my physician and they worked around my work schedule to get the number of appointments I needed to progress. Eileen also did a great job with the laser treatment on my muscles around the pinched nerve area!

Went to Williams Chiropractic about 18 years ago. Had to go today and everyone was very nice and professional. He took time with me to show what is going on in my body. What we need to do to correct the problem.

I go once a month to get my back in shape. Everyone is so nice and awesome that works there. They ask questions and always make sure we are ok and if we need anything else. Never have to wait between stations but a few minutes if ever

And recently, he saw I entered with a mask on and although he didn’t have one on himself with the mandate being lifted, he grabbed one to make sure I felt comfortable in his office. They gave a price breakdown for a course of treatment — roughly $3000 — based on what they said insurance would cover (conveniently get 20% off if you paid Williams up front). Staff said that treatment (billing code S9090, “vertebral axial non-surgical spinal decompression”) was $100 a session and repeatedly insisted insurance wouldn’t cover it because of “company policy,” so don’t bother. After pushing to get a claim filed, turns out it was only $30 because of a PPO discount. Sure, the treatment technically wasn’t covered, but filing that claim saved $70. That’s a really deceptive tactic. If you’re in pain and seeking relief, why would you question them? They’re betting you won’t. Less
