I've been a member at this crossfit gym for almost 3 years. I love this gym: the owners, the coaches, the facilities and most of all the gym patrons. We're truly like a family and openly welcome newcomers.

Coaches are fantastic and everyone has been so encouraging. Great night of experience levels. If you haven't tried CrossFit this is a good place to learn with the beginner package they offer. It's also a great place for experienced folks as well but being a newbie I can't review from that perspective.

Awesome place, the coaches are top notch, super knowledgeable and always helpful. I came here after bouncing around, joining different gyms with boring classes that did not challenge me. After 3 months of joining Resurgence, following the workouts and eating right, I feel great and everyone around me is noticing. I have nothing but good things to say about this gym. Love this place! I’ve been there since June and have always had a hard time staying on track in the past. All of the coaches are awesome & you meet some amazing people! Totally recommend you to try it out!

My husband and I love it here! We’ve been training 3 or 4 days a week and it has been a great experience. I feel challenged but also have a lot of fun. The owners, Craig and Jen, have been wonderful. I can’t speak highly enough of all the trainers, especially Eric and Ary. I would highly recommend this gym to anyone.

The owner and staff are so kind and helpful. I had a injury and after learning how to stretch that muscle I wouldn’t have had the option of working out. They helped me so much. You feel like they are family and you are. But your workout ain’t no joke either so get ready to get in shape on all levels

I detested going to the gym until coming across this place. Everyone's right: the atmosphere is incredible and energizing. The coaches are great and the wholistic approach to nutrition and exercise really, really works (15 lbs. in 6 weeks prove it). I can now use this training to do the outdoor activities I love at a new level.

Give this team 10 stars. I lost 21 pounds during the 6 weeks. They were an awesome help with food selections and recipes. The workouts were a blast even when I was exhausted. Im a vet with some physical limitations from old injuries and the trainers were great with giving me modifications for exercises I had problems with. I look forward to continuing my workouts with the team here.

Did the weight loss challenge. Everyone was supportive, encouraging, and pushed u to complete, the 6wk challenge. I lost 23lbs, in 6wks. Great place to work out, everyone treats you like family, and they even modified the workout for me to work with an injured shoulder. 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I came across Cross Fit Resurgence six week challenge on Facebook and decided to take it up, it would be now or never. I joined with apprehensions regarding the kind of rigorous regime that I would have to follow and wondered whether I would be sincere enough. To my delight I found my group to be very inspiring and fun loving. Craig and Lori, my coaches, were extremely motivating, the workouts planned and conducted in a very conducive and congenial manner. I actually looked forward to go there every session. The vegetarian diet that I had to follow was amazing as it included proteins in an effective manner, something which would have otherwise been a challenge for a vegetarian like me. Craig and Lori went all out to relieve me of the calf muscle cramps which I had developed towards the end of the session. The entire experience was so awesome that I developed an inherent confidence of meeting my target and sure enough I lost 20.9 pounds and 3.6% body fat! I certainly wouldn’t have gained this victory without the encouragement and effort of my coaches, Craig and Lori. I am grateful to them for setting me on the path of good health, exercise and diet.
