"I worked with Tony in the fall of 2025 to replace the flooring in my rental property in Naples. Because I don't live in the area, we had to coordinate most of the project remotely. I don't have much experience with this kind of renovation, so I was initially quite anxious.​What I really appreciated about Tony was his patience, especially during my moments of hesitation while making decisions. He guided me through the entire process. He adapted seamlessly to working at a distance, sending me photos of product types, colors, and sample recommendations. I also highly valued his expertise and attention to detail. He was able to identify important underlying issues that needed to be fixed before the new floor could be installed. I never felt like he just wanted to rush the job and move on to the next one. When we ran into unforeseen circumstances, he even adjusted his schedule to ensure the project was still completed in a timely manner.​While the paperwork organization could be a little tighter, overall, I truly felt that he cared about the outcome, and that was very much appreciated. Tony was very helpful in locating a pesky leak in my walkin shower. I will be using his company to regrout our shower but that leak had to be addressed first.
